I have really fallen in love with these shoes. They are the best made, most comfortable shoes that I have ever owned. I recommend checking out the store too. It’s a beautiful space and you can often get better deals in the store than you can online.

Great products but horrible customer service and poorly run company. Shoes are very comfortable but they don't last long. Runner lasted me for a year till they started making holes in the front. Also I had issues regarding shipping where the shipment was missing and couldn't reach anyone from the number provided on the wesbsite. The store staff said I should just have to call the customer service and nothing she could do to help. Just never had a good impression with good customer service in general in different occasions at this store (but happens to be the same lady). The number of the customer service is again bad and it is difficult to speak with anyone from the company and I am still not sure where the shoes are at that I ordered. It gives me an impression of bootleg shoe store.

I wanted to walk in, purchase a pair of size 10 slides and walk out. After 10 minutes of trying to get your employee’s attention while holding the shoe and being ignored while they helped other groups that just walked in, I decided to leave. Allbirds, your stuff is too expensive to have customer service this terrible.
