I always love shopping at Alice and Wonder because of the cute items they have in the store. However, every time I go I am appalled at how rude the girls in the front of the Webster store are. They seem to have such an attitude even when I'm spending $300+ with them. I would really encourage the store owner to discuss this and work on some training as your staff is starting to make me want to shop elsewhere since I don't want to feel that way when shopping.

I found this boutique through a tiktok page! I used to live in Chicago but don’t anymore :( at the end of May I lost my Chicago cubs hat in a river (lol) and when I saw this Chicago collection I knew I needed to order a new one from here! So happy with my purchase. I ordered Sunday and my packaging is out for delivery to me (in Charlotte NC) today, Wednesday! Amazingly fast delivery time!

First time online customer and I am thrilled with my purchase. The product arrived fast and packaged with care. I was worried since the item was fragile, however they made sure it was marked and wrapped correctly. As for my product... love love love! High quality and was beyond my greatest expectations! Very overpriced clothing that is not worth it in my option. Some questionable collaborations and have received a strange vibe upon visiting the store. Would shop elsewhere in the future. Very rude staff when I asked questions about a very questionable sponsorship they have. All in all, a very poorly run place that lacks professionalism and acts rude to others.

It is such a nice boutique, it is near in our house so, I am really looking for to come here and look for a nice dress to wear. I entered in this boutique with big expectation as it looks so elegant in the outside. But I when I entered, I got really disappointed with the staffs. Some staffs have attitude and didn't even bother to greet me. That one girl looks so pissed and annoyed with my presence and I don't even know why. That one must be disciplined and also the other staffs who don't know how to give customer service. On the other hand, the products have good quality and lovely designs. I love what I bought, which is the white dress with floral pattern. I wanted to buy more but the staffs made me annoyed that's why I decided to move in another boutique. I love the shop itself, but I think they need to train their staffs first.

Pretty disappointed with my experience and I normally am all about shopping small. I am out of state and ordered a few things for the first time and loved everything but one item. I had plans to fly to Chicago so figured I would save postage and bring the item to the store so I can also shop, but unfortunately I was one month outside the return window. I asked for store credit because I was interested in spending money in their store that day and the store manager was very rude and said she can’t accommodate the return because they don’t have the item anymore… I politely told her the item was hanging on the rack right in store and she still didn’t provide any good customer service.
