I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY ALDI PULASKI CASHIER IN CHICAGO HAVE TO THROW THINGS AND BE SO BADLY FACED AND UNPATHIC, WITH ANGER, I REALLY CAN'T UNDERSTAND THAT, IF THEY CAN'T SERVICE THE PUBLIC, THEY SHOULD NOT BE WORKING ON IT. ?

Cashier Lola needs to be retrained or let go. I have first handedly dealt with as well as witnessed her acting discriminatory towards minorities. Whenever people are in line and there’s a person of her color in line she has the most excellent customer service, asking how they are, how their day is, all smiles, but when it is my turn or another minorities turn to check out with her, she does not utter a single word and rushes the transaction which I guess means throwing all of the groceries with not a care in the world. She specifically told a customer the other day after snatching the cart out from underneath their child who was resting their arm on it, “it is either that or I throw the groceries in” to which they responded with “it wouldn’t be the first time”. That same day she screamed at another minority who was minding his business picking out gum telling him “YOU NEED TO MOVE” because the lane was opening up. How are you gonna work in a predominantly minority neighborhood and discriminate against them. Make it make sense. Never had a problem with any of the cashiers prior to her working there.

Today I was checked out by Michelle she was extremely rude to everyone .
I get it no one wants to work on a Saturday but being rude is not called for nor needed especially when you’re greeted with a smile . The lady before me she said cash no card so proceeded to ask y’all ain’t taking card she said you’re fine after yelling at me to take my items out the box . Taking it out the box wasn’t a problem the problem is when someone ask you a question you answer a manner that you’re approachable. She proceeded to put my items in a cart due to my items being in a box already but she held onto the cart like she was really gonna be hurting for 25 cents if not returned but since I had a box obviously I didn’t need a cart so I was gonna give it back or leave it but to HOLD ON FOR DEAR LIFE girllll chill you don’t even wanna be here rn .
