Bought my first pair of cowgirl boots from here today and loved my experience. As soon as I walked in, I was promptly greeted and assisted with finding the perfect boot! Prices were reasonable and I even got a sweet deal! I’ll be back for more boots soon!

The 2 stars are towards the Alcalas shoe repair department, and not the rest of the store or its employees.
A year after buying a decent pair of cowboy boots from the store I bring them in for a complete resole. I don't know what they did but they made the boots unwearable after their work. They became too tight around the toes. They claimed that was impossible.
I dropped them off for 3 sessions of stretching over 6 weeks, it made no difference. The boots were unwearable.
They did refund me the service fee and gave me a discount on new boots.
4 years later I take these boots into a leather repair shop, and for $10 and one week I get them stretched back to shape, and they can be worn again.
Wasted a lot of time with Alcala on these.
Wasted a lot of time not wearing great boots.

The service was great, staff is very welcoming & friendly. The merchandise is gorgeous. They also have home decorations that are gorgeous. We went twice during our visit and plan to go again. This store is highly recommended.

This place is wonderful! They have an excellent selection of western wear and all kinds of beautiful unique pieces. The staff is so welcoming and made us feel right at home, answering any questions we had. This place is run by great people and I highly recommend this to anyone looking for authentic western wear.

I was recommended Alcala’s for adding patches to a leather jacket from another business. I emailed them first to make sure they were able to help and received quick response and quoted accurately for the work. When I finally arrived at their store, I was greeted by many of the friendly and helpful staff, and the tailor was very easy to work with. Despite having a full plate of work, he gave me a more than reasonable turn around for the work of a couple of days. Payment was handled swiftly after the fact and I was on my way. I came back two days later, was greeted and helped again by many of the friendly staff members and the tailor’s work exceeded my expectations. He seemed passionate about his care and work on my jacket and I felt well taken care of not only by him but by the entire staff at this store. I highly recommend this store for anyone looking to have any leather work or alterations as well as any western wear needs you might have. I had such a wonderful experience that I may just have to make any excuse to come back to give Alcala’s my business again!

I was here a few days ago looking for an outfit to go to a XV for,employees were real nice,helpful and not pushy whatsoever, very patient with me and aided me in sizing which I wasn't familiar with. Got a beautiful texana,jeans,boots,shirt and belt,all very good quality and the price seemed very fair for the service and product that you receive.
