Nelly is not only the best groomer but the sweetest person ever. She loves and cares for my dog Pickle like he's her own! I am so grateful to have this place in my neighborhood. Pickle being so clean and happy every time I pick him up is a perk at this point as I am continuously blown away by the customer service and loving care at Aeslin. I love love love Nelly! <3

Cannot express enough how satisfied I am with my dog's grooming at Aeslin with Nelly! From scheduling all the way to seeing my dog with the exact cut I wanted, it has been so easy! I can tell Nelly LOVES dogs as she was so welcoming when she first met my dog. Communication and access have both been a breeze - I am SO happy to have found our spot in Chicago! For any picky dog-owner like I am, please give this spot a try. My dog and I are both so happy!

I am so very thankful for the love and attention I'm given by the team at Aeslin Noble Square and just about break their front door down each week to see my human friends and furrends. My mom won't stop talking about how much she loves them either ? Next level care!

i’ve been taking my dog Mesa to Aeslin for a couple of years and i’m so glad i found them in the neighborhood. the staff is super friendly and attentive. i feel good leaving my dog in their care knowing she’s with really wonderful humans and all her dog pals.

I’ve tried really hard to like this place. The location is great and the services provided are pretty good. However the doorbell system is abysmal. Standing outside in the cold for at least 10 min every time I want to drop off or pick up my puppy is ridiculous. This has happened on multiple occasions. Their signage says to use the app when the doorbell doesn’t work. However I’ve never received a response on their app. I’ll continue to use their services but only when the weather is nice and I’ve got time to waste.

Peggy loves her time at daycare. Aeslin is always responsive and keeps you up to date with your pup. Peggy always walks out as happy as she was when I dropped her off.

we take our dog to this location for daycare and the bucktown location for boarding. they are so great, providing updates and photos via an app and are super on top of scheduling and messaging at both locations. he always looks to be having a good time! It really pains me to give this business less than 5 stars because they are so awesome in so many ways (including women-owned)... however, we took him to get groomed at this location once and they cut him too close in his private area and he began licking the area excessively. We ended up having to take him to the vet and he had an infection. We definitely won't be back for a grooming here but will continue to bring him for daycare and boarding.

WE LOVE AESLIN PUP HUB. Put your dog in daycare here seriously. The staff is fantastic, they send regular updates throughout the day, they work on tricks and manners with your dog, they do it all. They have really improved my life and my dogs life. We are so thankful to be so close to this place. We have also boarded at the bucktown location over the weekend and were very pleased to see some of the same staff there on weekends! It gave me peace of mind that someone who knows my dog was there. Unfortunately my dog loves it so much she isn't even excited to be picked up! Highly recommend.

My pup loves coming here. He pulls on his leash and howls at the door when we arrive. They have an app that updates you throughout the day with pictures, potty times, training and they take the dogs on walks daily.

Aeslin is great! I started bringing my Cavalier to Aeslin when he was under a year old. He's a little guy and gets intimidated by big dogs. One thing I love is getting pictures from through the app of him and he's with other dogs his size. They also update you throughout the day through the app on training they do and potty times. I love that they take the dogs on walks daily. I know he loves it because when we pull up he starts howling and pulls me on the leash to get to the door.

We have been sending our dog, Wilson, to Aeslin for almost a year now. He absolutely loves it and so do we! The staff is incredibly caring and have built a bond with our dog. He is generally attached to us, but he runs into their arms when we drop him off. We recommend Aeslin to everybody!

Took my dog in for her first professional bath since I adopted her. I requested the appointment by filling out a form online and then was contacted via email to schedule it. Unfortunately they don't have a certified groomer on staff so they're not able to do gland expression, but I signed her up for a bath, nail trim, ear cleaning, and gel tooth brushing. Overall I wasn't impressed by Aeslin's service. When I arrived, the bell went unanswered and a sign on the door said to use "the app" if you're waiting for longer than a few minutes. I assume this is for daycare customers, because I wasn't given an app to use. They also don't have their phone number listed outside, so I searched online for a phone number which ended up being for the retail store rather than the grooming/daycare location. They called over to the right location and someone finally let me in - not without asking if I had tried ringing the bell... All that just to get in the door! Then they took my dog back without asking me any questions about her or confirming the services she was getting. They were quick (and she's tiny at 11 pounds) and called me within 45 minutes to pick her up. Had the same difficulty getting in the door at pickup, and the same experience with no communication - nothing about how her appointment went, what was done, any issues or things they noticed about her except for saying they dried her with one towel. They also used some kind of cologne that I did not ask for and was not listed on their description of the bath service. It was completely overpowering and turned her into a new car smell air freshener turned up to 11 for at least 24 hours. We're at day 6 now and she's almost back to a normal clean dog smell. Aeslin is walking distance and I love the retail store, but I'm sad to say we won't be returning for another bath.
