I walked in yesterday due to having body aces, high heart rate, febrile, and swollen throat. I felt terrible. Right when I walked in the staff was dealing with a different patient who was in front of me, but they were still very respectful to the patient and greeted me very nicely. The front desk was very calm and friendly. I was checked in and put in the schedule, I didn’t wait for long to see the doctor which was amazing because I was a walk in. ALL staff were amazing, polite, and caring. The doctor made jokes to make me laugh, while putting my IV in, I didn’t feel a thing. They gave IV fluids and sent medication to my pharmacy. They also had given me a letter to be excused for work without a problem. 10/10 experience. Thank you so much to each and everyone who attended me yesterday. Highly recommend this clinic for urgent care.

There's a reason this place is 3.5 stars... I noticed the nurses are nice, but the doctor is so rude. Doesn't take your problems seriously and you can hear him talking bad about you from outside the door. Doesn't even seem to care. Save yourself the trip and just go to elsewhere

My girlfriend and I, when to this place to get her check up. Red swelling breast and Sudden fever. As my girlfriend was crying in pain he told her "cry baby ". Also he was rude to me and try to talk me down for no reason

I have never had an issue here in the past but tonight my husband and two teenage daughters have been treated very disrespectfully. It is Saturday, and it is December 30th. However the office closes at 6pm. They arrived at 5:10pm. I understand you stop taking patients at 5pm. They made every effort to be there by 5pm. Your staff could have just turned them away. Instead they chose to treat them with disrespect. I am an operating room nurse and would never be rude or disrespectful to any patients or families. They are our customers and they get our bills paid. We will not be returning. This location is closer to us than others but we will be driving further out for care from now on.

Avoid if possible. Receptionists treat you horribly. The nurses and doctor always go for the most complicated diagnostic when the patient doesn't even match the symptoms for what the doctor diagnoses.I've come here 3 times and always got wrong diagnosed. I had to go to another clinic to get better results.

Great place, you're in and out, plus Walgreens is 1 minute away. You'll love how quick it is from start to finish. Whatever you have, you'll get I.V's or medication right away

Dr. Alzein, Dr. Aboras are the best! Special shout-out to Deanna, Simone,,and the newer medical assistant (female) who wears hijab. They make 63 to street the better office. Most effective and thorough.

This place is TERRIBLE.! The ladies here care more about how they look than actually doing they job right. I wouldnt recommend this urgent care to anyone in my opinion. Also the wait is LONG they take their sweet time on attending the client.

It’s always going to be for the doctors benefit, or however they can make money. In this case I came in , complaining about my back, he not once checked my back but more was worried about how I could get a work comp/settlement for a back problem I continuously said had started back in 2016. He did not want to hear it, he wanted to relate it to my job so bad. Put me out of work for a week even tho my pain wasn’t extreme. now I’m stuck here at home , making no money and struggling. Thank you

If I could give this place zero stars I would! I came here twice and both times the doctors were so inappropriate and rude! One of the doctors was old and came into the room with his zipper and belt unbuckled and asked why I was there and how he could help! I walked out asap and he stopped me and told me that supposedly a doctor/lawyer worked there and they tried getting me to go in the back room. I was in a car accident and was worried that I had a miscarriage that’s why I went there in the first place. That’s why the doctor tried stopping me to try and tell me that the lawyer could talk to me. I stormed out of that place in fear of me life! Don’t ever go here! I ended up going to advocate emergency room and found out I did have a miscarriage. Smfh this place needs to be closed down immediately! This is not a joke this was my honest to god experience here.
