Hello my name is Elmarie GatesI'VE BEEN HAVING ISSUES WITH BEVERLYyour manager in your Illinois office I recieved a loaner sxooter after 2years of waiting for my ordered scooter then I waited another 2 years due to covid and the lack of materials still Haven't maintained the loaner the wheel has always been locked when turning to the right or in reverse it was brought in the winter so the 1st year it wasn't in use didn't know the wheels needed air I did that but the battery life and steering I can't do I have fallen on the scooter because while I'm turning the wheels are still straight now she wants to charge my insurance for this raggedy un maintained scooter I declined 6months ago and requested owner give me a call before I not only file a complaint with the better business bureau but also my insurance company inwhich BEVERLY stated go right ahead Now I know she isn't the owner and you haven't any idea of her conduct while you're at your other location so I am giving you a chance to correspond withThanks in advanceE.g.Still no owner contact ? very un professional staff need to be closed down or regulated for insurance fraud.And they are not under new management because I've been waiting 4 years still dealing with densely un professional Beverly per management.

Bad communication, delivery workers are rude and disrespectful. costumer service rep over phone are not knowledgeable of their job. Bad experience,would never use or recommend!

Left the review on Google and they failed to acknowledge me or deliver the set medical equipment very disappointed very unprofessional very rude over the phone now I'm stuck without the equipment I need because they acted like children and did not deliver my equipment because of the negative review unprofessional horrible customer care terrible response from the owner
