The manager has a smug attitude. She doesn't comprehend that her poor attitude makes other customers want to shop elsewhere. I pointed how she speaks like a smart aleck, she responded with, twice, "I try to be". In front of the people who work for her, she gives the impression that Advance Auto is just a ghetto run store. If you go in there talk to the guys there because they are mellow and willing to help but avoid Ms. Grumpy. There is an Auto Zone and OReilly's a half mile south of this store.

This is my favorite auto store because there's a beautiful young lady at the counter I call Shay. She greets everyone with a hello and a smile, but more importantly, she knows her business. She's courteous and professional from the old school of service. Whatever they're paying you it's not enough. Keep up the fantastic job we love you...

They don't live up to what they say especially deliver time after you come in and pay for part so call manager said 4 to 4.30 never called just went home, no informing her staff about pending orders, what they don't have knowledge of is just as hard for them. Spent all that evening making calls to where part was being shipped from those worker there got it to where I could pick up the part at the 47th street hub. I would like to do all my business with themVery professional. Give that place a 5 star easily

I went to advance auto parts after leaving autozone down the street.... let me tell you about my experience was beyond excellent customer service.... I will never ever go back to autozone on 76th stony island... For now on anything I need I'm only going to this location... they really care about their customers... Thank you for helping getting my car back working with my new battery and good information and learning to clean the battery... All womens need to come here they actually help you and go beyond to help you...

Terrible customer service experience Jarvis is lazy and doesn't even engage in helping customers. The whole time I was trying to locate a package he was in his phone.

I will say that I purchased my blades and the installed them for me. 5 minutes in and out. Friendly and helpful staff. The young lady at the register and the young man who helped me.

I went in the store today to get a part for my 2018 Jeep Wrangler JK sport unlimited. I communicated to the female who stated that she was the manager, my make model and year of the of the vehicle. She asked me about five times for my vehicle's description I told her the information approximately five times. she began to argue with me about what kind of vehicle that I have because she continued to type in the wrong information. Once she finally typed the information correctly in her computer I told her the part that I needed. she couldn't get that right so I showed her the correct information on my phone. She couldn't find the particular part she asked me did I know what it look like I said yes. She started showing me pictures of these different parts while scrolling through the pictures very fast. I asked her to slow down she got an attitude and said do you know what you want. I said to her lady don't worry I'll find another store and I walk out.it's something wrong with that individual. I'm just as confused about what happened as you probably are reading this review. I just know that that lady in that store has no good customer service.
