I had the pleasure of working with Madison and Bianca on redesigning my engagement ring. They were beyond thoughtful and took the time to help educate me during the design process. After multiple consultations, we were able to create the most stunning custom ring.
The eight week turn around time quoted was accurate and they made sure my ring was on my finger in time for my wedding shower! Highly recommend this experience for all my type A, overly detail obsessed girlies. You will not be disappointed. The designer jewelry on display in the showroom is also to die for!

Have visited retail store and shopped online. They have very nice, unique pieces that are not big box store at all. Great customer service, very responsive. If you're looking for something a little different, this is the jewelry store for you.

I love love love this place! Found them on a whim one day searching for unique rings for my engagement. They were so kind and patient with me (I’m very indecisive). They were knowledgeable and made the whole custom ring experience a breeze!

Everyone here was so nice! Did a great job of mixing attentiveness with giving us time alone while my wife went back and forth about which band width she wanted. Also did maybe too good of a job with great recommendations ?. We'll definitely be back.

This spot is a literal GEM! I stumbled upon this establishment by chance but the universe did her thing. While it is beautiful and filled to the brim with stunning pieces, it is home to some amazing beings. Madison has helped me on numerous occasions pick out the best gifts for friends and family. Each person has loved their special gifts. Viviana has done a spectacular job of supporting extra talented designers. Viviana is the best of the best in creating timeless and unique collections. Oh my...this store is FANTASTIC! Popped in after the infamous Logan square farmers market as my hubby and I were just walking by. The jewelry in here is FANTASTIC. They offer several artist's pieces and collections. I loved it! I could've bought almost the entire store! I bought two different earring sets that were the cutest studs! I am more interested in quality, one of a kind pieces over quantity. The staff was all super nice and helpful as well. I most definitely will be back!

I cannot recommend Adornment and Theory enough. I walked in the shop and within minutes fell in love with what would become my custom wedding band. The entire process and customer service experience were beyond stellar and I am so excited to purchase additional pieces from them in the future. I worked with Adornment and Theory to create my customized engagement ring. I wanted a non-diamand triangle cut (trillion) and that was simply something you can't walk into any jewelry store and buy.
