Rushed from work, got there at 6:57 to pick up an online order. Very fast, in and out. Place closes at 7pm. Door was already locked. All the workers take a look at me and then just look away. Security comes out like 10 minutes later to tell me they’re closed and can’t do anything for me.
Okay a bit bogus situation, but so be it. I should have tried coming earlier.
I came in a few days later to try and pick up the order again. Low energy staff. No professionalism whatsoever. The lady in line next to me was directed “you need to speak up” ? like what?? Pretty sure there could’ve been a nicer way to tell her that you cant hear what she’s saying. The customer in question of course got upset after that.
This guy came to take my order “yeah man whats up” I tell him Im here to pick up an order and show him the barcode on my phone and he goes “don’t put that in my face” and walks off in the backroom. Like what?? ? I just showed him the barcode that he would use to scan my order. Was at least 2 feet from his face
Came back with my order like 5 minutes later.
The store seems cool. Lots of inventory it seems. But the people working there, including the security guards, are probably good people but just need better training on customer service and relations.

The staff attending were super nice. I was purchasing sneakers for my family in Mexico, and they were very helpful with converting the sizes to ensure we got the right ones. Top notch experience at the store. They had a few but very convenient sales. Upon checking online, I found that the prices in the store were significantly lower than those online. As a result, I left the store very happy with a bunch of new shoes :)

I called day of pick up with questions about my online order, and a women assisted me over the phone. A few hours later my order was ready for pickup, I had yet another great experience around 2:45 PM a young man assisted me and suggested items that I later added to my online cart. They (employees) were super pleasant and looked like they enjoyed their jobs. Pleasant store with cute designs I’ve never seen before. Will be adding them to my cart or coming back into the store soon! ?

The cashier asked where I was from. I said Indianapolis and he snickered and said “I’m sorry.” Like what? That's so rude I would never say something like that to anyone.

Came in to return a shoe and I specifically said I wanted it back on my card and the boy did the exact opposite. Listen to customers when they tell you what they want it makes a difference! And it’s fundamental!

Subject: Unpleasant Experience with Manager Brian VenegasDear Adidas Wicker Park Team,I trust this message finds you well. I am reaching out to express my profound dissatisfaction with the experience I had with Manager Brian Venegas on Friday, the 24th of last week. As a frequent customer who both works and resides in close proximity to the store, I had never encountered any issues until my recent interaction with Brian.My purpose that day was to purchase a Y-3 Holdall bag with a 40% discount, along with my additional 30% Id.me discount as a teacher. Despite presenting ample evidence of my teaching status, including a valid subscription from ID.me, Brian was unwilling to acknowledge my eligibility. He insisted that my PDF document was a screenshot, even after I clarified its origin from the ID.me page. Brian persistently asserted that my credentials were insufficient to qualify for the additional 30% off, leaving me disheartened.This incident was surprising, considering my longstanding appreciation for the quality and style of the Adidas brand. As a loyal customer, the majority of my wardrobe consists of Adidas products, all acquired from the Wicker Park store. However, the mistreatment and rudeness displayed by Brian have prompted me to reconsider my future purchases there. It was disheartening to be treated in such a manner, particularly given the time and effort I invest in my purchases.I sincerely hope that this matter receives prompt attention to ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers in the future.Best Regards,

Worst sales person EVER Guetto worker laying on top of the counter as soon as I walked in. I asked her if she worked there she rolled her eyes and said yes. It seemed like I was bothering her conversation instead of actually working. I came all the way from the South side to purchase these shoes. So I asked her for a shoe size and she was so unfriendly . I just wanted to purchase the shoes and leave..I had to come back two days later to get the right size . Again she was there she wasn't helpful at all ... I hope the corporation gets better employees..If she represents this merchandise brand I would rather buy online than see her attitude and unpleasant face.

I normally order offline but after my recent experience, I may need to frequent the store more often. The sales person was so helpful and made me feel welcomed. Everyone in the store is fly. They can't help but to be fly. Honestly they made me wish I worked there. I'll definitely be back.
