Cons: unprofessional, rude, incompetent, violated HIPPA in every way, and totally disorganized. The receptionist was yelling at people like she’s a TSA agent at O’Hare. Get a different job, lady. If you don’t have manners or kindness, why are you in customer service?
It was impossible to know what was going on. There was a confusing system to check-in. They also took the wrong blood tests because the phlebotomist didn’t know how to read the doctor’s order, and neither did anybody else. Total waste of time, plus it was filthy and a woman was walking down the hall with hot pee in a cup. Disgusting. ?

Had to drop of some samples and the lady at counter asks me to wait to talk to the “doctor” then I continued to wait 1hrs for a simple drop off. They could do better.

The way to schedule an appointment needs to be updated so that there is an option to talk to a human rather than schedule online. I needed to schedule multiple tests and the selections for which tests I needed were not clear and did not match the test names of what my doctor ordered. I ended up booking multiple appointments for the same day just to be safe that I was booking the correct tests.
There is no option to talk to a human in this process to answer my questions to ensure I'm signing up for the appropriate lab tests.
Fortunately, the staff was on top of things and once I was there they were able to do all my tests at the same time and consolidate my appointments into one. The staff are also friendly, humorous, and quick.

I called to cancel my appointment. There was no option given to cancel an appointment or talk to a real human.

IV been going to the ACL lab foryears to get my blood work done ? they have always been quick and make no mistakes the staff is friendly and professional.

I had some blood tests done here this week, and got a call afterward that some weren't ordered correctly so I was told I had to come back and get my blood drawn again under the correct order. I was told on the phone that on Saturdays, the lab closes at 2 pm. I arrived today to check in at 1 and was told the lab closed at 1 pm. I don't understand where the discrepancy is?? This is very frustrating as 1. My test was not ordered correctly in the first place and 2. I'm being given incorrect times to come in. How am I supposed to know what I'd the right time to come in if I am being told incorrect information?? I called and spoke with customer service that apparently NO DAYS have the time closing of 2 pm. Now with my limited time, I have to wait another WEEK to get my blood drawn again. This is ridiculous.

Update your hours online. Showed up on Wednesday only to find out they close at 4:30 pm on Wednesday’s instead of 6 pm which is what is listed online.

Staff is polite, when you get past self registration. Self registration required at multiple points, using computer. Miss a step (and it's not marked), then start over. Took a couple of hours.

Made an appointment online, and received a text message confirming the time and location. When I arrived, I was informed that their online appointment system is not an acceptable way to make an appointment. I was turned away, and told I would have to instead call a phone number to make an appointment. Extremely frustrating to have to commute >40min each way, pay $8 to park in the lot next door, and then have to now do it all a second time because the automated system listed prominently on their website apparently doesn't actually do anything.

The digital check in system is great for those who are younger but a lot of older people struggle with it. There was a huge line forming because someone didn’t understand how to check in and there was no staff available to help. I ended up helping her check in but that’s obviously a huge privacy concern. There needs to be staff readily available to assist those in need.

Dont go, the phlebotomist missed my vein and hit a nerve then when they finished I ended up with a painful bubble of pooling blood under my skin where the needle was entered. Save yourself and go to quest up The street.Update: can’t lift anything over 10lb without a shocking pain going down my arm

Excellent service! Had Covid test done at cvs and was unsure if I'd get results for trip so booked here for 4 hour results as I could not fly without results. Received results in 3 hours! 48 hours after cvs and still haven't received results. So glad I decided to get it done here! Process was quick and timely results! Worth it if needed for travel!

Very smooth experience. We got tested at 9 am and we got our RTPCR result in 3 hours and we had to take international flight which was very helpful.But an expensive test.
