Saw this place a few months ago and finally had a reason to check it out. Actually two reasons because I found out that they were able to make two sizes of jalousie panes I needed and could also make thermal window replacements! Both were ready in two days and both of the Mikes there (uncle & nephew) provided plenty of information including code requirements for tempered glass (which is ordered and can take about two weeks to arrive). Very reasonable prices and my new go-to place for glass!

Save your money. So unprofessional. I had a simple 1-window replacement request as to my condo. It took this guy (Mike) months to initially respond; and, when they finally came out to my place (which was about 3-4 blocks from their location) to take measurements, I don't hear from them for over one year. Throughout the entire communication I told him that - like any reasonable working person - I have to modify my schedule to anticipate them coming or even look into my request, and each time they either did not respond or gave me a date that they did not meet. I would also routinely walk into their facility and follow up, and they'd assure me they'll get to it, but just blew me off. I can't comment on their work, but only complete lack of organization, professionalism, and general care of their prospective customers. Would not recommend.

Always good people to work with. Prices are good. They are down to a skeleton crew so I had to wait a bit.I have been dealing with them since the 1990's.

I had the same issue with Accurate that several others here have had. I've been waiting a week for Mike to come by and look at my broken shower door. He's told me on two separate occasions that he would stop by in the next two days, but he hasn't shown and he hasn't followed up by phone. Accurate's a local business and apparently a fixture in Albany/Irving Park. I'd love to support it, but it's got to communicate better with its customers. If my job is too small or if Accurate's workload is too big, fine. Just tell me, and I will call someone else. Just don't leave me hanging for a week.

The price was good, but ended up having to wait 4 days to have a cracked window replaced because their machine broke. Luckily there wasn't much rain that week. Also, I had to bring it back because the bottom piece wasn't installed correctly which explained why I couldn't fit it back in the window frame. They were apologetic about everything and nice, but with the wait and not doing it right the first time, I'm giving them an "A-OK". Also, it would be nice if they cleaned the window, but I suppose I'd prefer a lower price to a clean product

Old school glass and screen repair. No nonsense, which may be interpreted as mildly rude. I for one appreciate the no BS attitude.
