We absolutely love Access One! They have helped me with IT related issues many times. The service is always prompt and helpful, and they never keep me on the phone for longer than needed. They also support animal charities. 10/10 in all my experiences with them.

Receiving unwanted phone calls from your place of business, my phone number has been on the Federal Do Not Call List. I put in a complaint with the FCC, take the fine and stop calling me.

We were returning some old devices and we literally had to take it upstairs and then lady at front desk asked us take it further in, to place it behind the wall, inside office. Three heavy boxes !

Okay, so they take my money as payment for a hospital and then call me the next day that they could not help me and that they would process a refund... the refund will take up to 90 days.... what?!

Got fooled by all the "awards" they advertise. These guys are horrendous. If you are put on hold, their waiting message states something to the tune of "unrivaled amount of accountability" and that really could not be farther from the truth. LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR VOIP NEEDS!

This company is the worst company in The planet, my company contacted their services and what a nightmare. Every single day the internet and the phones are down at least 5 hours per day. The installed and old used modern that worked for two days, and they came to change it for another one. We have been having this issues for more than 3 weeks and always the say that they open a ticket and are working on the solution.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS, I signed a contract with this company and they took forever to get things going. I cancelled before my service was even hooked up and they then said I was responsible for 11k due to my contract. I had a 90 day satisfaction guarentee. I said I wanted to cancel well within 90 days. They said since I never even used their service I could not cancel but wanted 11k. I never even used their service.!!!!! I have seen numerous reviews on them with horrible customer service. I received a threatening letter from their lawyer. I could go on and on. Read the other horrible reviews about this company and stay away at all costs. I am absolutely filling complaint with BBB and FCC
