This store is fine, they don’t have a great selection so shopping online you will have a lot more options. The staff walked in to the dressing room my boyfriend was using without knocking while he was in the middle of changing. Would not recommend coming to this store front, just order online.

Worst Abercrombie store in Illinois. All the other Abercrombie stores are customer friendly but not this one. The staff here is just clueless. I wanted to make a return and online it says they close at 5 but apparently they close their doors way before that. I told the sales girl that I just wanted to make a return and all she kept saying in I can’t let you in

I just had the most bizarre experience in the store. I had to pick up an order for someone else, I occasionally do deliveries to raise funds for my colleagues on strike. at the counter, there was a sales associate who had her back turned to people waiting in line. I tried to softly say excuse me to get her attention, and she was playing with the bracelets on her hand. I said excuse me several times before she could hear me. Again, playing with her bracelets. She told me the order wasn’t ready. I found out later that it was ready and she just wasn’t checking the right system.When I came back for the order a young woman with bad acne on her cheeks handed me the order like she was disgusted by me lol.

Went out of my way to come here since they don't have a location in the Loop. I haven't been to an Abercrombie Store In a while and I guess they switched their store format to very small. I thought it was an all womens store until the employee pointed out the laughable single mens table. 80 percent of people still like shopping for clothes in store. They are running this company into the ground.

Not great quality. I spent a lot on women’s trousers and the zipper broke - I am unable to get a return or exchange since it’s past 30 days. I’d recommend spending your money on better quality clothing.

I suggest using this store solely for returns of items purchased online, mostly because 1) the staff isn’t equipped to handle anything else (very uninformed, unmotivated, passive and unhelpful) and2) it’s a very small store, so the options are limited. The options they do have I’ve found are always wrinkled and/or stained (they’ve never been able to directly answer me on how they can make things write if an item is damaged)•if I’m ever able to actually get a staff members attention, the response I get to my questions is almost always “I don’t know”•the above point is ironic because in one instance, I was waiting for one of the four staff members just standing talking together to help me and I overheard them complaining that “nobody at the home office has a clue what happens at stores” loooolLove A&F, but the staff and limited options at this store in particular make me view it more as a return location rather than a place for a positive customer experience.

I’m going to have to echo the other reviews of lackluster staff. Unless you’re a 21 yr old size 2 girlie, don’t expect so much as a hello from anyone who works there. It’s also super small, with almost no selection. Just go to Jcrew — quality is better & so are the people.

The rudest staff I’ve ever encountered. Truly a joke of a store. No one asks if you need anything, and when you do ask for help, the employees act like you’re inconveniencing them. I’ve never wanted to put all my things down and leave without purchasing more than when I was in this store.

I can't say enough things about how nice and helpful this staff was. Some of the best customer service with suggestions without being pushy. Whoever worked close on 4/20 were honestly just awesome. Also, happy this company got more size inclusive!

Abercrombie are releasing very in trend clothing at the moment, it’s just a shame this particular store doesn’t carry much of that stock- for men or women. The staff are young but can occasionally create an intimidating shopping experience.. but it’s a clean and well looked after store.

The people who work here really do go the extra mile. I always feel comfortable and secure trying on clothes in the dressing room. The selection is quite curated and there’s way more online, but it’s a great shopping experience here
