Brought in my car for windshield chip repair, when I picked up the car the chip looked exactly the same as it did before the "repair". I feel like nothing was done to my windshield and I was simply scammed. Would've gotten better results by buying windshield repair kit from Walmart for $12 and doing it myself. Disclosure: I'm posting this review using my friends yelp account as I don't have my own.

North City Honda recommended Aaron Auto Glass to me. I was so pleased with everything from my first phone call to my window replaced in less than an hour. Value was better than I expected and I wouldn't go anywhere else if I ever need another replacement.

It is a revolving door and people are constantly filtering through for services ranging from chip repair to replacement. You get what you pay for, which is poor quality repairs and lack of follow through in addressing concerns and setting expectations. You are better off buying a fix it kit off Amazon and doing it yourself. I would not recommend them and please don't be fooled by their deals.

The whole process from getting a quote, scheduling an appointment and having the work completed went smoothly. I especially appreciated that the window tech showed me what he was going to do to replace my windshield before he did it. The waiting room was fairly comfortable and the replacement took exactly the 2 hours they predicted.

Why would you go anywhere else? I got quotes from 4 other places all of them were almost double the price of Aaron Auto Glass and rude about it, too! Fast friendly service.

My rear window was busted on my Jeep On a Sunday. I went to Aaron's first thing Monday morning, they were very busy and still took my car and had me out the door in a hour and a half. The front desk staff are all very nice and professional. I will def be back to tint my windows!

You can’t beat their prices (other places were quoting me $75 more for a windshield replacement). Service was also fast, I was in and out in less than 2hrs. Thank you guys!& also thank you to Joshua for being honest and flexible with an extra zelle payment I sent.Will definitely be back for my auto glass needs ?

As I unfortunately learned years ago, if you do not patch a small chip in your windshield, suddenly it becomes a crack, then cracks, and you end replacing the whole windshield. A body shop recommended Aaron Auto Glass, and Drive in (before 3pm), and depending the line, done in about 60 to 90 minutes. $65 to patch a small chip, patch slightly visible. I have been happy both times I needed their service.
