Got rear ended and was trying to navigate working through another person’s insurance for the first time and I’m so glad I found A-CARR’s. They were knowledgeable and up front about the estimate from the insurance adjuster being *way* too low, and they advocated to get the full amount covered, which was such a relief after going back and forth with this insurance company for months to even get to this point. On top of that, they were clear and consistent about updating me on expected timeframes and did great work on my car! Finally, as a younger woman, I appreciated that everyone I interacted with at A-CARR’s spoke with me respectfully, kindly, and helpfully—while that should be standard, I’ve had so many experiences coming away from auto shops feeling uncomfortable, talked down to, and frustrated. It was so refreshing and deeply appreciated to have such a different experience at A-CARR’s!

Someone side swiped my Subaru Outback and Im so grateful their insurance approved for A-CARR to do the repairs! They were patient and transparent throughout the entire process. Every single person I encountered was extremely professional and you could tell that they are a very close team. I honestly felt like I was taken care of as a family member. My car has had some electrical issues despite being a 2024 and it wouldn't start when I came to pick it up. Even though it was through no fault of their own they got me back in a rental, car towed to the dealer, and had the warranty claim placed so it was fixed through zero effort of my own. Their kindness is remarkable. Thank you all so much. If I ever need more work done I will go straight there!

A-Carr's Auto Body was wonderful to work with. We had a lot of challenges working with our insurance company, and Max was very patient and very helpful navigating all the difficulties we were dealing with. We were kept up-to-date as things kept changing and are very happy with the work done on our car!

I recently had to visit A-CARR’s autobody shop after hitting a raccoon and causing damage to my front bumper. They quickly assessed the damage and provided me with a detailed explanation of the repairs needed. Throughout the process, the communication was excellent. I was kept informed of the progress and any unexpected issues that arose. The quality of the work done on my front bumper was exceptional. The turnaround time was also quick without compromising on quality. I was back on the road in no time, and my car looked as good as new. I highly recommend A-CARR’s Autobody Shop to anyone in need of professional and reliable auto body repairs.

I would highly recommend ACARR as your go-to body shop in the Chicago area. I have been three times and they always communicate the repairs very clearly and never rip you off. They provide excellent repairs and customer service.

I can't say enough about Max, Marc and their team. They have a true family culture and it shows in their personable approach with their customers. My car even got done early and it looks like new!!

The A-CARR team is excellent….professional, competent, and so pleasant! They kept me informed the entire process. Once I had a claim number, they dealt with my insurance carrier which was a huge relief for me. My car looks brand new. I could not be more pleased!
