Great views of the canal, and good location in Chicago. We passed by this building on a boat tour - it is conveniently located right on the canal! I would imagine there'd be nice views at the top, although I havent been.

I currently live here. My fiancé and I have lived here 14 months. Some people think it’s OK to smoke cigarettes in the building, and it flows through the vent system. We have called the office and security countless times, and nothing has been done. Security takes our (and many other residents) complaints seriously, but when it comes to management, nothing is done to remedy the situation. Our furniture and clothing have the smell of cigarette smoke because of this. I highly recommend that you look elsewhere in the south loop for an apartment- this management group will not take your concerns seriously.

The service is top-notch and with a smile. We are looking for a place to live a short distance to UIC. The atmosphere feels right. The apartments are nice with a great view of the chicago river. We will make a decision before departing Chicago IL for Columbia Mo. Securityand amenities are outstanding. It's on the list.
