Most of the time my grandfather go here to this currency exchange to give some money to one of my family members he's had a horrible absolutely horrendous experience you need a new staff immediately wish I can give you negative Stars. You need to get these people out our neighborhood.

Literally, the worst currency exchange I’ve ever been to customer service is horrible literally every time, I don’t recommend at all and they never answer the phone, a manager is never available. It really needs to just be shut down.

This is literally the worst checks & cash ever the women in this place are rude and unprofessional. One yelled at me because she wasn’t doing her job. I would never come here again and I do not recommend this location even if there is no other option.

I came up to this currency exchange for service on May 13 a Thursday..... It says they don’t close till 7:15 pm.... Got there at 7:03 and they said they we’re closed....

I can’t stand these women that work here. Smh... my god! If you’re check is late maybe a week or so. Good luck trying to cash it because they’ll give you the biggest attitude and for no reason. I wish they would hire professionals instead of UNPROFESSIONALS

I came in to pay a bill. At the time I was carrying a big speaker that I just purchased from a friend. The lady at the front desk seen that I was having trouble carrying it so she offered me a heavy duty bag that I was able to carry the speaker back home in with ease. She showed genuine concern which was very appreciated
