Went into the 7-Eleven to purchase something and ask them can I use the bathroom and they told me they don't have a bathroom I think it's very unfair to spend your heart or money in these stores and then they're not letting the customers use the bathroom.

Today I visited this 7-Eleven with intentions to just get a cup of ice. I filled a big gulp cup with ice and I went to the cashier who told me that a cup of ice now costs 55 cents. I was a little surprised but I began to take out my wallet to find 55 cents. She then informed me that the ice would be free if I had my own cup. Luckily in my car I had my own cup so I told her that's great I have my own cup Can I go get it. She then looked at me and said no she can't give it to me for free because I already filled one of their cups with ice. So I told her that I no longer want that cup of ice and that I have my own cup that I can put ice in since that's the only way to get it for free. She then looked at me and asked me if I want her to waste one of their cups. Since I used their cup already apparently if I don't take it now because I don't want to pay 55 cents I am wasting their cups. I then asked her why would she Tell me that it would be free with My cup after trying to charge me 55 cents for their cup. She didn't really have a response she just looked at me and asked again if I wanted her to waste their cups. She then looked at me and said it's fine you can take the cup with ice for free and so I said thank you and began walking out while she muddled under her breath something about me wasting more cups. I don't know why This woman decided to do that It's very misleading. It's a horrible way of treating customers especially since I just walked in for ice I think 7-Eleven needs more training for their employees as to how to interact with their customers. I will not be going back to this 7-Eleven.

This 7/11 is running a scam with a private booting company. If you park illegally you will be booted and have to pay a huge fine. My wife was just there at noon on 4/15/2023 she parked and ran in to get a diet coke which they were out. When she came out to a guy putting on a boot on her car because the guy claimed she parked in the Handicap spot. The guy didn't even take a second to look, otherwise he would've seem she had a temporary placard on the review mirror. It's a total scam they are running there. please help the community by boycotting this 7/11.

Worst customer service I ever had in my life and I got scammed for a 1$ on top of it! Don't shop here unless it's an emergency because all food is Old and I saw a cockroach on carpet by cashier! Yuck!

Store was not open in Tuesday at 2am, it was close and the worker inside has his buddies inside drinking slushy when I try to open the door but I couldn’t because it was locked the coworker and his buddies looked at me rude :/ like at least say you guys are not open 24/7 wasting people times
