White lady working there needs to stay home if she's not ready to work, nothing wrong was said to her other than you are giving me the wrong cigarettes. She slammed the cigarettes on the counter after I told her that those weren't the ones I wanted. She might need a psychiatrist or something because for no reason she's a bit violent! She then proceeded to tell me that she was calling the cops on me.

Please someone tell me if this 711 is charging way to much tax for a bottle of water. 38¢ tax. This is ridiculous. * Today I felt there was an unprofessional manager working here today 7/8/2023.This makes me wonder if this place is not reporting the truth about there taxes to I.R.S.Oh & on top of this, when I had reported this to the cashier, the cashier said:there's nothing I can do about this register, it's programmed this way. I was confused.Then this Hindu/ Pakistanian manager came to the cashier, because he noticed my confusion. He came to hear what we were both discussing in an intelligent and polite manner, so when he came I repeated myself in an intelligent manner and told him: isn't this tax wrong, it seems pretty high for a bottle of water, because I know there's different taxes on different things/ items. * At this time I thought he was going to notice the mistake and change the price but he didn't.The he said: if you don't like the tax don't come here anymore. Matter of fact don't come here at all. * I was surprised, because I did nothing wrong.Now I was NO threat to nobody. I did refuse to purchase the water, and I was hurt by his bad behavior. I thought this is my local 71, I come here every so often. It just doesn't make any sense why he would retaliate like this to me. This hurted my feelings. I don't understand why this manager saw me as a threat. I walked myself out after encountering his bad behavior towards me.In some way I felt discriminated against, when he told me:don't come here anymore.Again all I asked him was why is there an abnormal high tax on my bottle of water, is this legal?By the way there was no police there, because If there would have been I would've told them: is this legal haha??. Besides all this there should be camera footage of this incident, so he can't say any lies.I just think that this man was so rude and impolite with his response. If I find him disrespecting me again when I go there to purchase something and there is NO THREAT, I'm going to take legal action against him and this 711.NOW I WILL SAY THIS & I DON'T CARE IT'S A THEEAT!!⬇️⬇️⬇️PLEASE Internal Revenue Service (IRS), if you ever read this, please'... INVESTIGATE THIS 711 FOR POSSIBLE TAX EVASION. & Your welcome.

I ask for cold Pepsi because there was nothing in the cooler the employee told me that she is by herself so she said she can’t go inside the cooler to check if they more or no and I understand that. I told her I can wait but she said no. I guess the owner need to hire more employees because it’s busiest location and only one employee that’s not right or if the owner can’t handle the store then I guess he can sell it to someone else.

There is a manager there that has white side burns (because he's getting old) and a new employee there with black curly hair and glasses. The young lady was very nice and attending me and my family but at first the manager was supposed to attend me and he kept letting people cut in front of me. So I went with the young lady that was attending my family. I was getting lottery tickets and the manager came as told me hurry up and buy something already, just buy the whole thing and hurry up. I was in shock. My family said what is wrong with you, he could take his time. And walked to the back. The lady that's new apologized for him which was unnecessary for a new employee to apologize for the manager but greatly appreciated by her

Why. The night coworkers. tell tickets number? Everyone does ! And. Lotto close not the scratch of tickets why they don't need to make money or what morning guys does they tell me number. Not 10pm coworkers tell the numbers ?

Staff were pleasant, line moved pretty quickly, masks were worn and lottery available. The store footprint is small but they have quite a few grab and go options.
