So sketchy ,they don’t accept card at night and only cash as per the employees. Went there 11:20 pm .

The female cashier was very rude and her behavior was unnecessary. This is not my usual experience with the gentleman whom I believe is the store manager. He on the other hand is very nice! I really like this store location and it's reliable for late nights, BUT the woman cashier was unprofessional.

The night crew here is the absolute worst and laziest I've ever seen. Dude, shut's the store down early every night so he can sit there and do nothing and collect a check. Get better help.

Was trying to get a donut one morning and asked if they could restock the pastry bags. Said they were out and I could use the plastic grocery bags instead to put my donut in.

Hereon, I will only be procuring convenience items from the Lake and Wells 711. I went to purchase my weekly Zynns. As I entered, the welcoming cashier greeted me with a friendly “wassup big dawg”. Immediately felt like a part of the community, as I’m new to the area. I was thanked after purchasing my Zynns, and saluted with a “be safe big dawg”. Great establishment. 10/10.

I went to this store after to buy a necessity. The employee assumed I was homeless and not only I went to this store after hours to buy a necessity. The employee assumed I aaa homeless and not only danced in front of me but continued to taunt me. I absolutely think it’s despicable. in front of me but continued to taunt me the entire time as I questioned why they were closed. I think it’s absolutely despicable.

The morning shift cashiers are extremely rude, one lady always messes up my lottery numbers because she's too distracted with trying to multi-task. The coffee is always either lukewarm or cold and, the shelves are almost always empty now and most of the cold food is way beyond the expiration date! The hot food lately has been giving me "food poisoning" vibes. Came in last weekend and the slurrpee machine was broken and the iced coffee machine is down as well. The machine for nacho cheese and chili has been down for almost 3 weeks now and they don't have any individually packaged buns for the hotdogs it's one package and nobody is using gloves! Smdh I've been shopping here for two years this place has declined greatly.

Today at 1:20pm I visited this location. The woman at the register looked like she couldn’t be bothered and did not want to be there. I spoke when I went to the registered and she said nothing with her arms folded. She was stand off ish and rude. She had no name tag but she is an black woman with dreads and had her hair in a high bun.
