the machines/workers there are terrible. the nacho machine was broken, there was no toppings and the slurpee machine only had 2 flavors that weren't completely melted. we told the staff about the nacho machine and they didnt bother to help.

They are not 24 hours anymore. The staff is foul mouthed and rude. They are focused on their own conversations with repeat use of Mother Fer. They are really slow. Lock the front door with no warning and don't care. I was among 5 people who left because we were locked out on Sat afternoon. With no sign up saying be back soon or anything else posted. The reply when I asked about it from the guy was "too bad". They suck.

A guy named Anthony maybe refused to make me my cheese pizza. He is telling me to go grab it. That’s not the way you talk to your costumers. You are just being lazy not doing your job don’t even apply for a job. You are not busy you don’t have costumers just do your job when I asked you for pizza go grab it and make it. Your job isn’t just to stay on the register and do nothing just talk on the phone. When I used to work here I don’t tell my costumers to go grab the pizza then I will do it for them. It was on Monday 12/19/22 at 10:10pm.

I’ve come to this location for years. I’m not sure what has happened but the quality of service has gone all the way down. This store is ghetto with questionable employees.I walked in to an employee sitting down while counting down a drawer. As I placed my items down she began loudly telling me which register to go to. I didn’t hear her at first however she Was talking to me as if didn’t understand English. I’m not sure if her bonnet was on to tight or if she was having a bad day. I realize times are hard and everyone needs a job however you don’t get to give bad customer service and expect a positive response from customers.I will no longer be giving this raggedy, dirty store my money! This was the second instance of this woman being rude and disrespectful to me. They need to start over with this store. It’s a mess.
