It's a 7-Eleven, so if you've been to a 7-Eleven before, you more or less know what you're getting -- a small selection of convenient products that are going to be a little more expensive than they would be at the supermarket. I am surprised that there's so many negative reviews of the staff, though -- I come here regularly and have found every employee to be friendly and helpful. One of them even complimented my wristwatch the other day.

Dude I just wanted a bag of chips. I thought 7-11 was open 24/7? I guess it’s not. The short guy with glasses got done cleaning and still didn’t open the door, employee should be more vigilant. Didn’t bother to check the door

This overnight guy is terrible has 7 customers standing outiside and literally looking at us and ignores us so when are asking him why we can’t come in he fakes like he his calling the police now I live a block from here I have requests from daughter when I get off work to stop there for her this dude is causing the owner a lot of money with his attitude and on top of that he charged me one night 20$ for 6 wings cause I had begged him to open door so I could get my daughter some wings and he put that 20$ right in his pocket and rushed me out get rid of this dude now

Whoever your overnight guy is, you should fire him. I've been coming in for two weeks almost every night and he's slow as hell and rude as fuck.

I have consistently experienced poor service at this 7-Eleven location. The elderly man working there often ignores customers for about 20 minutes before acknowledging them, and he is incredibly rude and unhelpful. It's clear he doesn't want to be there or do his job. If he doesn't want to work, he should find another job. Additionally, if the store is not going to open after 12 am, they should clearly post this information on the door to prevent customers from wasting their time waiting. The lack of professionalism has led to altercations between customers, resulting in broken glass on a monthly basis. This is unacceptable, and the management needs to address these issues immediately. OLD, Short man who is working on midnights should quit!!!

don’t buy strong alcohol here, it’s fake, I came from Russia and I know exactly the taste of high-quality vodka, because our country is the best in this, and in America I’ve been drinking Titos for 2 years, and that’s also good, but today I bought a small bottle of Titos here , and when you open the lid, it smells terrible of alcohol, I decided to drink 1 glass, and it was alcohol, not vodka ??????

If they allow me to give 0 stars I would like to do that. Because the weirdest store I ever seen in my life. Basically I’m from UTAH and I came here in Chicago to going around with my wife on Christmas . The morning guy the short chubby guy. We never been in 7-11 in UTAH but this time in Chicago nothing is open in the morning 7 AM to eat something and I asked that guy to give me that buffalo chicken roller and he did nicely with gloves and all and I like that no doubt in that. But when he rang me up we never use our cell number anywhere in the store for loyalty and something. He kinda forcing us to put the number. And he barely speaks ENGLISH as WELL. I don’t know remember his full name but it’s start with N letter
