Okay for basic sodas and snacks. Iced Coffee machine is more often than not empty whenever I pop in. One of the cashiers I regularly see always seems to be in a bad mood and is super rude and makes want to straight up just walk to the one on Clark even though this location is right across from where I live.

They are really mean people. And coffee machines are not working. They don't allow you to make coffee freely. And charge you for empty cup you have taken

This is the best location I’ve been in to in the city. The staff here is so friendly and amazing they work extra hard to keep the neighborhood safe and I feel such good vibes every time. Shoutout to Tommy!!

While visiting Chicago, I've been buying a coffee and the newspaper at this store before dawn every morning. The hearty greeting I have been receiving from the cashier gets my day off to a positive start.

Pretty sure these guys steal points off your rewards account because apparently I've have 1,000 points taken from my account on a couple of occasions early in the morning while I've been sleeping. Hmmmmmm

Spent 30 bucks on lottery tickets,bought the last one of a 5 dollar ticket which I thought the number on the bottom of ticket would be at least 300-400,got home checked the ticket it was 32 so obviously they are selling the tickets backwards to certain people.Will never shop there again.Lottery and coffee was all I ever purchased there but after this..Never again

Really rude staff. They make assumptions and judge people. My adult son goes in there on a regular basis to get ice cream or iced tea. He has balance issues due to a massive brain injury a decade ago. He does not drink alcohol yet the clerk (who sees him regularly) said “are you drunk? You can’t keep coming in here drunk.” It’s unacceptable that they can be so cruel to a well-dressed, polite, employed person.

I went in there one night and I accidentally dropped a buffalo roller. Didn't think anything of it. I actuallyThought maybe I'll just pick it up and pay for it. Until the guy tells me you dropped it your gonna have to pay for that one. And I told him "you saw that was an accident. What do you mean." I asked him if he was just joking but he confirmed he was not and told me I don't care your gonna pay for it regardless. And I told him how ridiculous it sounds I was gonna buy a new one until he kept arguing with me how I had to pay for the one I accidentally dropped. I just walked out. Because I kept telling him how he saw it was an accident. But he still insisted in making me pay for it. He said he would have to pay for it. And I don't believe that is true. He also asked me if I wanted to speak with his boss and I said yes. He acted like he was reaching for the phone and he never did. And In that demeanor I'm afraid he put it back in the roller. Since I didn't leave it on the floor but on the counter since I picked it up.

Be careful going to this 7 eleven store. Make sure you watch your change and how much they’re ringing up because I didn’t realize until after I left that he got over on me at least $15 off my card so be careful. Seems to me like they like to get over.

It has been a pleasure living close to this place. The people who work there are always really friendly. Solid selection of alcohol, and the pizza is delicious and takes like 3 minutes for them to make.
