Tried charging me $1.12 tax on products that equal $4.50. That’s 25% extra, not the normal 10%. When I questioned it, the clerk replied it’s for tax. When I explained that’s not how tax works, he said “there’s nothing I can do.” I looked at him like “really?” and walked out. I refuse to spend my money at someplace that is unethical in their practices.

Check your receipt, the guys who work during the morning will double scan your stuff and try to get you to pay double.

This place is a total JOKE. I was told about an ice cream deal (2 small ice creams for $11) and this was offered to me about a week before and I came in today and asked if the deal was still going on and they said yes. My friend purchased 4 ice creams ( both sets of 2 should be 11 each) the total should be 22 but my friend paid 45 dollars. When we asked the cashier smiled and repeated it was not “in the computer” I explained how he was literally scamming us and he did nothing about it after minutes of asking. In all paid 45 dollars, double then what I was told. This place is literally stealing your money, thanks, no thanks..

Rude workers. Came in to get a scratch off to pass a few minutes and workers being rude to people when they asked about prices. I was waiting to get my lotto card at one register and hollered at me to come to the other side but the lotto cards aren't on that side and made it like I was being stupid. Walked out immediately

The hot food options are severely lacking in quality and variety. It's in a great location so it gets plenty of traffic but it's wasted when it comes to eating anything that is above room temperature.

I stopped here on my way to work to pick up a bottle of water. There was a sign on the cooler door saying that Ice Mountain liters were 2/$3, so I picked up two, paid, and left. Only later did I find that it actually charged me $6.15 for the two bottles. It would be great if they either changed the signs when a sale is no longer in effect or made sure their system is correctly charging for items.I don't think I've ever stopped at this 7-11 before but if I ever have to again I'll be making sure to pay careful attention to make sure they correctly ring things up.They have a large parking lot. They aisles are terribly cramped (you couldn't get two people passing each other without difficulty) and the employees don't really speak to you unless they have to.

Place has gone down hill. Almost always a line and no parking because half the people working are on their phones leaving 1 person to check people out.
