Bong.
You and your skeevy attitude gave my children an uncomfortable experience. Bong and his fellow cashiers whom I'm guessing were friends bc they wanna gang up on a 5” foot woman and a person who doesn't speak English. I went in to get slushies w little ones and as we were about to check out. A person who spoke no English, stopped me to ask me for help. He got two little wings, 2 slices of pizza and 2 gatorades. to which upon reading the receipt I could clearly see a charge for 16 wings, 2 wings, 3 slices of pizza, and $5 of a miscellaneous charge. I tried to have a conversation about the charge to which Bong starts by throwing a tantrum. Throwing things and threatening me to shut up. Continuously was cursing and scaring my littles bc they feared this man was going to come out. That is how aggressive he was being. If you know better don't go here bc they were all in on it and trying to “pay us back” by running the receipt back and adding items that weren't his and still $5 of miscellaneous. They gave us back 3$ claiming all was good and if I wasn't scared children I would've continued but I needed to get the kids out of seeing it get worse. Me and my kids will never be back.

My children and I will never return.

Five stars hands down. Would give it ten stars if I could. Overall ambience was immaculate, and don't get me started on the slurpee flavor selection. Mango lemonade AND brisk iced tea blood orange?!? A dream. They also have your typical flavors like coke and blue raspberry if that's more your vibe. Honestly shocked and disappointed to see that this location only has 2.5 stars. Name another place where you can get a wide variety of snacks (did I mention "the most stuffed Oreo?!") at all hours of the day. Every time I step into 711, it feels like home. And that, my friends, should tell you all you need to know.

This place is bad haha I don't require a greeting by any means but this place. The cashier was just rude. You should probably attempt to hire people that can at least perform the standard job duties of scanning items and processing a method of payment. Thursday night after 11pm, evaluate your staff, that's all.

You are not safe shopping here. Found an open package of pizza rolls in the freezer on the night of 2/4/22 and the shorter Asian gentleman that assisted me yanked it from my hand and threw it BACK IN THE FREEZER after I told him it was already opened. I told him it was unhealthy to do that and he kept walking around me. I told him I was going to be in contact with management and the health department and he told me to go home. Will definitely be escalating this to proper departments because selling opened product is simply unacceptable.
