Got a frozen drink and it overflowed. No napkins anywhere to be found and when I asked, I was given an attitude and 3 napkins. I was only trying to clean up my mess instead of being a jagoff but whatever.?
I had 2 slices of pizza and 2 big gulps which should have been the $4 meal deal (2 slices and a BG), plus the other big gulp but was charged $8.77. Nobody knows any proper customer service these days cuz when I went to ask about it I was basically shooed away like a fly because there “was a line”. Pretty pissed and plus I never even got a receipt either. Only proof I have is on my bank statement.
Only reason I’m giving it 2 stars is because their machines were working for the frozen drinks and the ? WAS on point. ??♀️

The store was neat.They didnt greet. He was busy on phone. So it was afternoon time I went to try pizza. And the pizza was so stale. I don't know when did they even bake it. Threw it ryt away and wasted my money. Hope they improve their food

Ok so now I have no choice but to contact someone in corporate office about this manager on first shift at this store. She is a middle aged African American woman who has repeatedly been very inappropriate and disrespectful towards myself and anyone else who is Caucasian with me. I've worked for 711 at a different location. She accused me of stealing. Which offended me n I showed her the only thing in my pocket was money. She refused to give me the 1.29 any size iced coffee for no apparent reason but to just be rude. She was just saying loudly to another employee in front of other customers all kinds of inappropriate comments about me for no reason n then refused to do cash back and was just the worst experience ever in my life dealing with an employee who is supposed to be the manager. She needs to be fired in my opinion. If someone could please send me a response to my review. I've been shopping there for years n she is beyond disrespectful towards me and I'm not going to accept anymore bullying from someone who doesn't even know me n couldn't be more wrong and needs to be addressed.

Manager on first shift here is rude, racist, and just disrespectful towards me and anyone who comes in who isn't African American. Then had some nerve to Single me out n accuse me of stealing for no reason so I showed her my pockets actually only had a bunch of money in it. Then it gets better... She refused to give advertised 1.29 ANY SIZE ICED COFFEE & made me pay 2.19for it & said the cup size was "TOO BIG" when it says "ANY SIZE" n different employee previously told me that it was any size n then refused to do cash back. Gave me a really hard time whenever I go in this store, if she's working. I was a 711 employee at a different location and she really needs to be at least customer service friendly, especially when there is no reason for the rudeness, and disrespect I received anytime I go there when she's working. I have to say corporate office needs to address this women who is supposed to be the manager for that location.

I was there on October 28th and whoever you got working the register around 11pm was threatening me. He was talking all kinds of crazy to me and other customers. I have already put in a corporate complaint but y’all need to fire him and get better employees who know how to handle themselves and there emotions in the workplace.

Not a bad place at all I’ve came by this place a few times during my stay. The staff was friendly and the prices weren’t too bad at least for me.
