Nice store, friendly worker. But the only thing is that the number they have listed is not in service, so if you leave something by a mistake you can't call them to see if it's still there

Parking lot is a little dark at night so I can see how some people might drive by. Inside the store though, Mike is the best.

Cool 7-Eleven but what really made me feel uneasy is how many usps mail trucks were surrounding the perimeter. A very cool vibe but probably won’t visit again because of the intimidation.

Good service Mike the owner is really nice couple workers though definitely need more training ridiculously slow!! Mike it would be a 5 star but the overnight guy is terrible!! He always has the door locked at 10pm sometimes 9pm and waits a long time to let anyone in I thought you were 24hrs

Absolutely ridiculous if I can give them a negative 3 stars I would Negative 3 stars I would I asked the lady very nicely can you come from behind the counter and look at the price of this product product because it is pulling up a different price with a tag that is half the price on it! And she rudely said that's the price that's what it is I will no longer shop here. Her customer service is absolutely terrible it was not busy For her to come and just check the price for a customer. I will be contacting corporate as well and she did drop the manager's/owner's name I think his name is Mike she did not bother to go get him at all. Fortunately you live in Chicago and you can go to 10 different places so I will let everybody know not to go

the guy at the register was extremely friendly and greeted everyone and was super polite, i was having a bad night and feeling super down and it meant a lot to me to have someone be nice like that when i least expected it (on my snack run). thanks :)

I visited this location around 8:20PM on 4/16/21 in desperate need of a warm drink for my bike ride home. Stopped here for some hot chocolate. Typical store. Looked clean enough. Usual selections. Giving it 4 s because I felt the staff, that night a man at the register and a younger woman cleaning up/assisting, seemed friendlier than most locations I've been to and it was noticeable enough for me to remember to save my receipt so I could write this review. The young lady even made me feel not so bad about accidentally spilling my drink This location is about 30 minutes from where I live, but I'd make a detour if I'm in the area again.
