Closed at 720 pm on 4/15/24. Third time in two weeks closed during their store hrs when I walked over. Shelf prices frequently wrong.---piece of paper taped to the door stating closed--check your cameras for the date and time

Most of the employees here are chill but there’s one guy who works here nearly half of the time I go in who is ridiculously rude for absolutely no reason. I think I’ll go to other 7/11 locations from now on.

This 7/11 is a terrible experience when the wrong employees are working. When HARASH is working, I dread going here. Harash is incredibly rude and has no sense of customer service. He has screamed at me on more than one occasion, he discriminated against black prime and he should be fired immediately.The store’s prices are the highest I’ve ever seen, and they do not openly label prices for certain products in order to up charge whenever they want which is illegal. The owners do not care and scowl at anyone who make a a note of it because they want to exploit their customers for profit.I feel threatened to walk in when Harash is working, I only go here because it is walking distance from my house but I wish I never had to step foot in here again. This is a community Lincoln Park neighborhood and they have no respect for their customers. Go to the Walgreens up the street.I would rate zero stars if I could. STAY AWAY

I know inflation is a thing and you pay a premium places in the city, but I literally couldn’t believe the prices. I thought The Doritos were actually reasonably priced but nope, I found out that was the price for the item below when I got to the register. They have items priced higher the price printed on the items. Walked out without buying a thing.

Location is not 24/7 as doors are often locked before midnight and no employees present despite ringing doorbell. The male Indian clerk charged me for 2 bags x 0.07 each but did not give any bags until being prompted that he charged for 2 bags in the transaction. Vendor items are often expired, check the dates.

Last week I brought a super donut. It was mole expired and old!!! Today I go tell the manager he gives me another one STILL MOLED OLD AND EXPIRED ONLY THING DIFFERENT THIS ONE MADE ME SICK I THREW UP AND I HAVE TO LEAVE WORK!!! I could see a mistake happening once but TWICE!!!!

The day is usually fine but they claim to be 24/7 and they should be except for the fact the employees lock the doors and hangout with their friends in the back rooms after 9 pm and have done so multiple times. Sometimes they even play on the citi bikes in the parking lot while people wait outside the store. Super disappointing
