Recently had great service here. Almost as if the ownership or management has changed. Will be back.

Ever since the new owners.... the night shift closes doors roughly from 2:30am til just before 6am... I just left there now I was knocking on window for 15mins.... o lyreason he opened the door was because he saw Pepsi pull in for their delivery.... all of the nightstand is rude and I'm pretty sure sleep majority of their shift

How can I start this review? All I want to say is that the guy who work there is a honest person, I left my wallet there or I dropped it I don’t know, but he kept it for me, I tried to give him some money for his kindness and he refused to accept it. Thank God there still great people out there.

This place has zero customer service as well unfriendly atmosphere. Seeing its particularly one guy that doesn't appreciates his job. His name is Parth...this happened at 6:30 p.m.

Apparently, masks are not required at the 7/11 at Montrose and Francisco. I stopped in today and the cashier and the only customer were not wearing masks. Unlike other 7/11s there were no signs about masks on the doors or anywhere else I could spot. I will avoid them in the future. I got a Lotto ticket from the vending machine and left. This is not the first time I have stopped in to find this. I thought they had signs about masks, but that just might be other stores. There are too many 7-Elevens to consider shopping at this one.

Owners and staff are amazing; so friendly and helpful. I moved to Chicago from a small town in North Carolina. This is one of the first stores that I encountered; they made me feel welcome in this very big city. Its now 2 years later and their kindness continues. Though there are closer stores to me, I shop here because the employees are exceptional and wonderful people. Thank you for all that you do!
