I was taken for my first time coffee and I used the wrong coffee machine, the seller ran up and started raising his voice at me, I explained to him that I did not know that I needed to use another machine ( but still why that machine is at the counter for use?), I wet one glass and decided to take another, he started shouting because I was wasting their glasses and I couldn't do that, it was terrible and I just had to leave the store because he was acting crazy

The guy working there lied to me that I would get $5 off for joining the membership program. Was not a good liar either once it rang up and he only could say it worked for the last guy sorry. And couldn't cancel it for me told me I would have to unsubscribe myself.

I purchased an item and the price on the shelf tag did not match what was rung up on the computer. The gentleman running the register, after running to the item in the store, stated that the price expired two days ago. I asked that they honor the price on the shelf and he refused. I did not see an expiration date on the tag. I have no problems paying the price advertised; this seemed to be blatant bait and switch.

I went to purchase an item at the register, but the price that came up did not match the advertised price on the shelf. The gentleman ringing me up went to check the price. He came back with the tag and said it had expired two days ago. I did not see an expiration date and asked him if he would honor the price advertised. He refused. We are not talking about a lot of money. It appeared to be bait and switch. Despite shopping there over the past five years, I will not do so in the future. There are plenty of other shops in the area that will either advertise the proper price or honor a price that doesn't match what shows on their register. Awful.
