The customer service needs to improve dramatically. When this store opened up. There was 5 star customer service. Any employee was very helpful. Now, all these new hires are the worst. They’re not attentive to the needs of ring ing people up at the cash register. One employee was taking too long to assist me and helping another customer that already had an employee helping him. The line was getting longer. Most of the most employees don’t know how to have multitask or solve problems when it comes to the pump. They are very combative with customer's. 7 eleven needs to hire better employees

Clean store, Staff is always nice and they always have what I need for a great work day.
Parking could be better but not their fault. Very convenient neighborhood store.

I walk all the way over here and the doors are locked and the guy is just staring at me and he walks away. What a great place!

Legit just order from GoPuff. The store hours are dependent on when the employees wanna open the door. I get it's a 24/7 store, by my god your employees are pushing your customers into the arms of GoPuff with how little they care.

Really great service during the day but awful once the normal crew heads home.I come to this place pretty frequently, about two or three times a week and it's usually great. I especially like Milton, he always remembers napkins if I'm grabbing food and is just a nice guy in general.On multiple occasions, I have went after midnight to grab some snacks and I have never been let in. I don't know his name since he refuses to open the door to anyone, but he's a black dude with blonde highlighted dreads. I knock on the door and he pretends to not hear me. Everything says it's 24 hours but this dude would rather just sit in the middle of the store and take inventory.Get rid of this dude or change the info to not 24 hours anymore. Or better yet, tell the night staff to at least explain to people waiting outside the store that it's not open or they're busy with other stuff. It's disrespectful to pretend to not even acknowledge me.

I'm getting the impression that this regularly happens and lasts far longer than 45 minutes.
