I am a regular customer to this location as I live near by. The employee (black guy, works usually nighttime’s) is so damn rude that I cannot stop myself from writing a review for his nuisance. Every time I go there is to buy alcohol and he’s rude every time.
Today I went there before 12 and wanted to buy a wine bottle, I gave him $100 and he rudely responded, “I can’t crack open this bill, we are open until 2am (which I know for a fact, they are never open after 12) and I can’t give you all the change” to which I replied we will buy 2 bottles, still he was adamant and very rude about him not giving us the change. We went to a near by bar to get change and when we finally bought the wine bottle, he gave us 5-$1 bills as change, out of which one bill was badly torn apart.
I politely asked him to change it and give me another one but to that he said, “I have closed the register and I CANNOT OPEN IT”
This guy has been rude to us every single time we have been there. I have never talked to him rudely or anything but he lacks some major manners and customer service classes.

The employees was Very rude behavior , i asked plastic bag they charging 10cents per bag that so cheapest store don’t ever go that store.

The employee here first implied that I did not know what I was looking for after I showed him the product as a used example (vape cartridge). While pointing at a display, he told me that’s all he had with zero effort. I glanced over to the left of the display behind the counter and pointed out the product I needed. He ignored me and then looked back up and said is that all you need referencing the energy drink I had placed on the counter. I asked I’m sorry do you work here? He replies, “don’t talk to me like that, you better not talk to me like that.” I asked for a cartridge behind the counter towards the left away from other products which he was unable to find on his own as an employee at this store. He tosses the product onto the counter. He asked for my ID, snatches it from my hand and throws it back on the counter once scanning. After this action, he huffs and puffs away from the front counter and is switched out with an older female employee. Once my transaction was complete and because I have seen his behavior in the past with other customers, I stood to the side away from the entrance at which point he comes outside and says “don’t mess with us- we’ll find you”. Does the ownership here feel that this behavior is acceptable and is gang relation the norm on Taylor around students? I was in scrubs heading to the hospital. My coworkers also complained about this individual. This unstable employee mutters profanity in espanol and feels as if no one is able to understand his rude, unprofessional slurs. He is possibly needing mental health help and should not work with the public.

In usual 7-eleven stores they are supposed to cook the pizza for you; however, they refused to cook the pizza. Why can’t you just tell earlier before I pay. The cashier girl was unexpectedly rude. Now I’m still holding the pizza searching for places to cook it, as I have no oven. Very dissatisfied.

The young man with the glasses is always able to help me find something when I need it, the young lady, who's name escapes me but I believe I heard someone call her Quiqui, usually asks about my day and the other lady, I believe her name is Bet, always goes above and beyond with customer service.Thank you, for fostering a culture of excellence in your store. It is evident that you and your team go above and beyond to create a positive and memorable experience for your customers.

I stop here few times a week.Coffee is fresh all day.Morning early hours can get crowded. And night hours attract some shady people.

Avoid.The young lady behind the counter is rude and needs training in customer service.The employees are busy talking to each other rather than tend to the customer. This guy paused scanning my items to talk to another employee while there were people behind me waiting.

I don’t know why but the store is always closed at night despite 7/24h sign.. The employees are not friendly as well. I am very disappointed that this is the only store close by.
