Went in here for some food on my way home from work at around 1am to find the doors locked. When the attendant came and opened them I asked why all of the 711s are locked after midnight now and his response without missing a beat was “there’s too many black people.” I’m guess this man thought I would “understand” because I’m white but it’s actually horrifying that this kind of thing still flies for a nationwide corporation in 2023.

Apparently only one of the registers are equipped to take a digital wallet. There aren't any signs saying this when you come in or get to the register.... So I bring my bottles of water to the register, the dude scans them with the hand scanned, and then when I show I'm paying using ApplePay he says I need to use the other register. Picks up the bottles for me (instead of letting me simply move over myself), touching them all over the place including near the top where you drink from the bottle. I mean... one of the major reasons people use digital wallets, especially right now, is for touchless payment... thanks for touching my merchandise all over the place. /s

Called this place to ask of they have Amazon or Walmart gift cards available. There guy who answered had no clue what I was talking about - he answered no. I was going to another distant 7-11 to get them but this was on the way so I stopped by to check it myself. I found Amazon gift card which I bought. I asked the guy if they also had Walmart and he said "I don't know anything" and acted annoyed. 1 star for the dumbness with attitude!

This place deserves better reviews. I stop here often on my lunch break or on my way into work and they always have what I'm looking for.Their coffee is great, especially considering the price. I have also gotten their cold sandwiches and used their nacho chili machine - both are good, no complaints!One more thing, in all the times I've been there, their ATM has never been down, so kudos to that reliable service.
