Hot/ready food is really lacking. They didn’t have any of the sandwiches, burritos or anything like that. I went around 5pm on a Saturday so it’s not like it was an off time or anything. Their freezer section is also really lacking.
I wouldn’t go there for anything other than chips or drinks.

Nice people. But NOT open 24hrs! They ALWAYS close sometime between 2am and 5am and, even though there are 4+ cars parked outside, they will not let you in.Don't go out of your way thinking that this place is open 24hrs!

This is my 2nd time visiting here to pick-up my Amazon package. Amazon sends the package here instead of my home address, then sends you an email to your email address. On the email you get a barcode and a code number and you only have 3 Days to pick it up. Or it goes back. I decided to print off the directions since I don't have my email app on my smartphone yet. And this was much easier to use with the barcode on paperwork. I was able to scan and the code number matched. There is a Red light Scanner. The locked door opened and my package was there. I'm happy to have it and it fits on my smartphone. Then I bought 2 drinks and walked home. I think I will continue to do this. There are many more of these Amazon Hub Lockers through out the city.

TIL that candy bars cost $2 for a regular size!! That's what I get for not having purchased one since before the pandemic began (so over two and a half years now). It's 7-11, and there's not much to set it apart from any other 7-11. They do have a humongous parking lot, so large that I've wondered when they've ever needed that much space. I'm not sure it even fills up when the megamillions jackpot is in the hundreds of millions of dollars range. It's a question for which I'll never have an answer.Anyway, convenient, easy parking, and a good spot to get your scratch offs.

I was racially profiled at this location. While purchasing a slushy; the man at the store walked back or more appropriately followed me back, to the slushy area. Touching the sandwiches as though he was checking them; while checking to see what I was doing in the store. Perhaps, my color makes me an animal and not a human in this store. Respect and dignity was not included with this purchase. It’s a shame on 2022; you could be dressed well and carry yourself respectably; and still be judged a criminal because of the color of your skin. I’m at the Foster/Western location.

In general, I love going to 7-Eleven. I like their selection of drinks, chips and I'm a s***** for coffee and whole pizzas. Unfortunately many 7-Eleven locations, at least in Chicago, just aren't very good or even up to basic levels of cleanliness or customer service. This 7-Eleven is unfortunately no different. I recently went here on a weekday afternoon to get a cheap lunch. I wanted one of their in-store cooked pizzas. Who doesn't want a big pizza that is piping hot in two minutes for the price of a pizza I would need to cook self. First, this location is dirty and disgusting. The floors are caked with dirt and trash is strewn about throughout the store. It is clear no one has mopped, swept the floors or even attempted to clean the location in some time. I also noticed many bugs crawling around on the floor. To make matters worse, the lights are very dim, creating a dark and atmosphere. Second, they don't seem to care about making sure products are in stock or caring for their customers. I attempted to order the pizza I wanted (a seven meat pizza cooked in-store), but the only response I got was the clerk shaking his head "no". I then asked if they had whole pizzas at all. Again, only response I got was the clerk shaking his head "no". Some verbal communication would have been nice. This response was a lie because I observed pizza slices in the warmer (they looked super nasty for the record) and there were 7-Eleven pizzas for sale in the freezer case. They clearly had pizzas, they just didn't want to make one for me. I also opened the the Mini Melts Ice Cream freezer case and noticed that it was completely empty, except for (surprise) trash. By contrast, after I left, I went to the 7-Eleven next to the Brown Line station on Western and Eastwood and not only got my pizza, but observed that that Mini Melts Ice Cream freezer case was fully stocked with product. This location of 7-Eleven is on the 100% avoid list. If you are in the area go to one of the other near-by locations.

When I was in the store, two people entered who were NOT wearing masks. The cashier did not ask them to mask up.

Says they're 24 hours. I get there at 2:00 a.m. guy behind the counter has the door locked when I knock on it he just waves his hand for me to leave. I point to my watch and ask him what time he opens and again he just waves me off
