They *NEVER* answer the telephone. Which is super annoying when you are trying to call them to see if they carry a product or see if it's out of stock.
No matter the time of day - no one picks up once you call the number listed. That's entirely unacceptable for a 24 hour store.

24 hour store but the lady there with the dark makeup will look straight at you after knocking and keep you waiting outside with no help. Also always an attitude when you’re there with workers looking at you with dirty/suspicious stares.

I was there on Thursday your worker looking like Asian muslim lady she was rude and her face like she doesn't want any customer there and without doing work she want's her salary from the boss, my question is that why you guys not hiring new worker for store.

Each time I visit the store to purchase coffee, the overnight clerk shows expectational customer service. She's always kind, professional friendly and a pleasure to come in contact with. I visit the store for my personal needs and primarily to see her.

I was choosing my lunch and one of the african american staff demanded to know why i was just standing there. Even worse, there was a police officer right next to me. Embarrassed, I ignored her and exited the store.

This store is becoming famous for giving you what they want you to have instead of what you order.I ordered a chicken salad sandwich and three steak taquitos. I received lemon chicken Caesar wrap and two hot dogs. I specifically selected no substitutes. The hot dogs don't even come close to steak taquitos. I know this is strange ordering these items from them but, they usually are good. I don't know about the wrap because I don't eat them.This is not the first time, but it is the last. They can be a rude when you complain about their service.

Called to try and verify that they're open. It says they're open 24 hours but for the last year they seem to close at midnight for cleaning. But nobody's doing anything inside. So I called to verify they're open and nobody answers ever ever!

THE ABSOLUTELY WORST STORE THERE IS! Ughhh they need to be shut down. It’s disgusting from the attitudes, the smell, and how dirty the over night people are. GET IT TOGETHER
