2 staff in store with no customers in line, yet i had to wait for them to finish chatting among themselves for 15 mins to ring me up. Oh, they also skipped me to serve another customer first even though i had been there longer, because she was disputing if they forgot to give her the cigarettes she already paid for. Not a Convenient store

I had the privilege of meeting incredible individuals in the neighborhood, and their company added a special charm to my daily routine. The welcoming spirit of the locals made my work even more enjoyable, creating lasting memories.

Reflecting on my time at the Seven Eleven store back in 2002, I can't help but be nostalgic about the wonderful experiences I had. The store, owned by the Gandhi family, and managed by Ranjith, was not just a place of work; it was a place where dedication and friendliness shone.I had the privilege of meeting incredible individuals in the neighborhood, and their company added a special charm to my daily routine. The welcoming spirit of the locals made my work even more enjoyable, creating lasting memories.During my night shifts at the store, I had the chance to connect with people in unique ways. If anyone from that time remembers the Sri Lankan tall young lad (that's me!), I'd be thrilled to reconnect and share stories from those good old days.In sum, my tenure at the Seven Eleven store in 2002 was more than just a job; it was an opportunity to be part of a welcoming community. I'm grateful for the friendships and experiences I gained during my time there. A truly memorable chapter in my life.

These price gouging a holes deserve no business. Prices for some items have doubled in the past year. Go anywhere but here unless you're very desperate. Inflation isn't that much.

In Illinois, seniors over 65 are issued an I'd that does NOT expire. The 7/11 corp needs to updates the cash register software so that a senior I'd will be accepted

The rudest, most racist establishment ever!!! Someone needs to look into this place and shut it down!!!!! Customer service is very poor. I went to get an egg and paid for my order with no problem. I asked for a bag and the clerk said why didn’t I ask him for a bag before I paid. He stated that the bag was 7cents and asked how long have I been in Chicago. Mind you, I shop at my neighboorhood everyday and a 7******* CENTS BAG HAS NEVER BEEN A PROBLEM. I walked out that day because I was on my way to work if not, I would have went to jail that day. Those nasty, racist and RUDE employees need to learn how to talk to people!!! It’s bad enough that they are overpriced.

I read if you get 2 slices of pizza for 2.50 you get a big gulp for 49 ¢. I was charged double that and when i inquired about it the clerk stated he i got the deal and discount....how and that's ALL i bought!. Small thing's like this the reason i shop in bulk to avoid places like this.
