“I was looking for an outfit for my birthDAY trip and I found the perfect outfit in Torrid. Although on location didn't have my size the Northriverside location did. The best thing was when I walked into the store, there was this cute little dress that I had to have and they had my size!!! I left with 2 birthDAY out fits and I was able use my birthday discount and a store promotion...my birthDAY trip to Houston was perfect!!!
Honestly, my pictures don't do any justice for this outfit, the pants were breezy, flowing and light and the top has a tie-front, SUPER CUTE!!! I was comfy on it the whole day, on my flight going & coming back. I took my jacket off at the bar be fore dinner. Can't wait to wear it again. Torrid for the WIN on this one.”
“i stopped in right when they opened last week and working retail i know how annoying that must be for people. like a minute after they opened i had to run in for some t-shirts and i was carrying a box and the guy working was really kind and offered to put it in a bag so i won’t be lugging it around. helped me find something i saw online. very nice and smooth check out. i never had a bad experience shopping here. the staff is friendly and welcoming <3”

“Normally don't shop there was walking through the prices seem reasonable their clothing is not true the size so even if you shop plus size you have to try on the clothing or you'll be returning them.”

“Today I went in there to get sized up for my brothers wedding, I have no idea what I’m doing I’ve never been to a wedding or even anything formal so this is all a first for me. “One of my packages got lost and the girl that spoke to me on the phone on 8/23/23 around 5:30pm was the sweetest girl ever! She truly seemed concerned about my issue, and took several measures to try to help me and kept apologizing and sympathized. Best customer service I’ve gotten in a while! Usually I’m used to hearing “sorry just call customer service” But this girl, and there was another girl that helped afterwards were so so helpful.”
“Guadalupe Cantu is my favorite employee at this store. Lupe has the best personality and is very fun to be around. Everytime I see Lupe, I want to buy more things from the store because she makes me happy. Lupe also has the perfect height for this job. Lupe is unbelievably amazing at doing her job and I would like to see her with a promotion.Lupe is very approachable and friendly and always knows what the customer is asking for. “This area has a ton of garments and is in general manner bigger than the one in orland square shopping center. The workers were certainly terrified of stuff being taken as they detailed the number of things and the changing room you went into of each individual to lost avoidance. Their leeway was bargain basement for extremely top notch garments. I will be returning regularly, very happy with what I removed. Dresses are normal, however decent on the off chance that you don't need those high store costs.”
