I require safety glasses for work. The associate gave a price, but then she changed it to double. She explained why… but I really didn’t wanted to make a big deal, cause I need these glasses for work. But 4 hundred and something; it’s too much for safety glasses. I mean, the glasses are not even stylish!

My first time trying to get glasses with this company was a nightmare I tried to reach the supervisor for assistance when she was also a nightmare she was very loud and rude and very obnoxious

Easy to make appt., all staff was so helpful n kind. Very efficient. Eye doctor was caring, funny, and very informative. She put at ease right away. They all helped me pick out frames because I can't see myself very well without my glasses on.

Don't hold your breath. You'll never get your glasses. They tell you 2 weeks and it's more like 2 months.

What a wonderful place to due business with. Crystal and her staff are amazing. I bought in 3 of my own frames to have new lenses put in.
My work safety glasses, my going out glasses and my everyday glasses. This included bifolds, transitions and more.
Their pricing was unbelievable, I was able to save about $45 to $55 per frame.
What I liked the most there was no pressure or sales tactics to upsell you.
Highly recommended and worth checking out.

I would not recommend only due to price! Employees are nice. They wanted more then $600 for 1 pair WITH PRIVATE PAY INSURANCE and I got a brand around $130 plus the lenses but due to the prescription I needed to pay an additional fee to make the lenses thinner so they don’t look so thick so aesthetically I would like my lenses thinner and that is what cost an arm and a leg.. I got my glasses elsewhere.

Staff and doctor was very professional and there was no waiting time for my exam and glasses consultation! I highly recommend this Vision Works location at The Chicago Ridge Mall!

Went to get a pair of glasses in January and was told it would be 3 weeks to receive them. It is now March and still no eta. I'm going to cancel my order. I needed my glasses months ago. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE

I purchased contacts dd not like them and the manager refused to replace them or give a refund. I purchased eyeglasses too had to contact them to find out they were there for at least a week and no one contacted me. When I arrived to pick them up the store was closed because the customer service personnel were late. I will not return to this company, if they were the only company around. I rather get two magnifying glass from Dollar Tree tape them in the middle with electrical tape and wear them as over sized eyewear.

I have been a satisfied customer in the past, not this time. The optometrist is great, the service not so much. The workers seemed more interested in drinking their coffee and chatting than helping me. When it came to paying, the person handling my purchase gave it to another person. What I didn't realize until I reviewed the bill at home is I was way overcharged. They overcharged me by $400 telling me my insurance had a large deductible which it did not. I called my vision insurance and it seems they are billing for what they think you will need to pay and not what the actual bill will be after insurance pays. I will be going back and asking for a refund and re billing. UPDATE: I went back to the store to ask for the difference between what I was billed and what my insurance said Vision works submitted which was over $450 dollars. I had three employees yell at me they weren't authorized to help me which I do not understand. I then called their corporate office and was told I had to wait up to 14 days for them to review and maybe return my money. Do not go here or to any vision works, it is too hard to get your money back if they overcharge.

Crystal & Kimberly were absolutely amazing. Their customer service was exceptional! Adrianna & Timothy dispensed my glasses and they were also wonderful. I will definitely be back!!
