I’m an old guy and I had a heavy box to send back. You should have seen my wife and I trying to get it in the car. So I got to the UPS store and asked for help to get that big box out!
ALEX said sure, I can help. You know he went right out picked it up and I never had to touch it again.
Alex was the best, go see him if you have packages to send out.

Will never recommend this place again, called because of previous UPS stated their notary was there and they were gone for the day drove 40 minutes to get to this one. I called the ahead of time to ask them if they’re notary was there to get a document notarized, but I got there it would not notarize my document because it was not on a legal form. I’ve had plenty of documents notarized without it being a legal paper. It was something I drew up myself that need to be notarized. They turned me away after driving 40 minutes and standing outside their line, I am very satisfied. This is the worst

Dan is the man at the UPS store #3922 On 9923 Ridgeland Avenue In Chicago Ridge Illinois!I had more than a handful of Amazon returns, and he was super helpful and kind. Greeted soon as I walked in and there were a line of people and he was flying solo on a Saturday during peak hours. I can’t stand post offices on the weekend due to the attitude of most employees. That’s why I go to the UPS store and he was super efficient and quick and nice to everyone including myself.I managed to get all my returns from Amazon and even managed to pack two big items in boxes and he was super helpful with all of it and even with the email labeling components of the more challenging returns.Dan did not ask for me to leave this review in fact if he did I never would have. I get my eyebrows done and I go to salons and make up services and they are always asking me to leave them reviews and just the suggestion alone is a turn off, and I tend to resist. People want to leave good reviews without being asked to. He probably already forgot who I am and I don’t care. I hope he gets to be the manager if he isn’t already or a franchise owner or something because he makes UPS look good and Amazon returns that much easier. Thank you for all that you do, Dan!!

I would drive extra with my toddler than go to another ups store! The staff here is amazing and always so helpful.
