“The store was clean and had a great selection! I went in looking for something for my niece, but I don't know the first thing about Legos and was overwhelmed by the amount of options there were. I flagged down a worker named Lindsey and she was so helpful! She asked me my niece's age, if she's done a lot of Legos before, what her interests were, and if she liked to play with Legos or build them once and put them on display. She went above and beyond with her customer service, I can't praise her enough! Lindsey eventually helped me settle on a set that makes a unicorn as she's big into unicorns and pegasus, but it can also be rebuilt into other animals if she wants. I gave her the set for her birthday and she ADORES the unicorn she built with her own hands! Will definitely come in again!”
“Was very busy and hard to get help but after being there an hour with my kids I finally got help and was able to Purchase the slotcar I wanted/needed to race with my friend I'll definitely be back. They got a good little hidden selection of slotcars unfortunately they don't know enough to help other people ,with questions or carry new tires for the slotcars.”

“My girlfriend and I recently had a wonderful experience at Build-A-Bear in Orland Park Mall, and it turned into the perfect add-on anniversary gift exchange!We decided to create our own stuffed animal friends for each other, and with the amazing selection available, we found the perfect matches: a cuddly Sylveon for me (big Pokémon fan!) and a loveable longhorn cow for her.The entire experience was so much fun and surprisingly romantic. The staff at Build-A-Bear were fantastic! They were incredibly helpful and enthusiastic, guiding us through the stuffing, wishing, and dressing process. We couldn't find the Sylveon cape my girlfriend had her heart set on, but the friendly manager went above and beyond, offering to grab the last one from the display window. Another staff member even helped see if a longhorn cow could fit into a Batman suit, it didn't fit perfectly, but it was so adorable and perfect.That kind of service really made our day!Beyond the personalized gifts, what truly warmed our hearts was seeing people of all ages enjoying themselves. From wide-eyed children picking out their first furry friend to adults (like us!) reconnecting with their inner child, the atmosphere at Build-A-Bear was truly heartwarming. “I’ve been going to the Crete store for years and it’s one of my favorite places, finally stopped into this location today- and I’m so glad I did! The staff was very nice and helpful and answered all my sons Pokémon card questions patiently, lots of bins and stuff to dig through, and I got a vintage Furby baby! Great prices on everything I bought. Both Closet Collectibles are one of those rare places where there is something for everyone and you feel like you belong there.”
