My former agent’s office manager repeatedly stressed me so I began looking for a new insurance agent by reading Google reviews. I came across Tom’s office reviews and called. He answered the phone live. I was emotional and he listened to all of it. I was a stranger cold-calling him with my insurance issues. After I got off the phone with him I decided he sounds like the person who should be my insurance agent and now he is. Sometimes situations happen in life and then we come across the insurance agent we were supposed to have all along - don’t delay calling!

Our experience with Tom Porter at State Farm has been absolutely first-class. He managed our claim so expediently and cared about making sure it was handled properly and quickly, and went the extra mile to ensure that was the case. This was especially important to me as our claim happened when i was only a few weeks away from my having a baby. He also saved us money switching to him from our other insurance. There is no one I would recommend more than Tom Porter!

Hands Down! The Best Insurance Agent! Tom has been my agent since day 1 of me having a license. He was Great to my parents prior. Our entire family trust Tom with our coverage. He may not be the cheapest, but with insurance quality is far more important. Thanks Tom for all you do to help the Little Family.

I can honestly say Tom has been a blessing to me and my family. A+ for customer service. He even goes above and beyond and proactively looks for ways I can save. I love working with him so much I had my parents transfer over to him. Out of the gate he refined their plan and saved them a lot of money per month. Tom is an authentic, genuine person that you can tell truly finds joy helping others and that shines in his work.
