The worst place I can go to is because of
the girl on cash. My daughter was playing in a baby bottle . The The store manager the forced me to buy it, and I didn't want to, the Chicago Ridge branch, and she embarrassed me in front of people.

I went to this Ross bought my items and my Aunt was purchasing items also everything was going well until I was leaving and the security alarm went off at the door and the young lady security guard yells out to me 'Its probably your designer Coach Bag that your carrying that's making the alarm go off did the alarm go off when you came in" Trying to say that I stole my own purse.She yelled out so loudly that the entire crowded store could hear her and all eyes were on me.I was in so disbelief I was speechless and that's when my Aunt stated a senor is probably still on one of the items we purchased. So the security guard took both our bags and my Aunt and I had our receipt in hand while she went through our bag and yes she found that a senor was still on a house slipper that was in my Aunts bag not mine that hadn't been removed. She then removed the senor gave the bag back and NEVER ONCE apologized for yelling out that its Probably Your Designer Coach Bag that's setting off the alarm..She was trying to imply that I was stealing my own purse

Ross definitely has gotten me in the mood for Spring/Summer! The store definitely needs to be redesigned, It's beyond junky at times, however I take my time and risk my life to find some great buys!!! Lol!!! These drapes are drapping!!!!!

I came to the store like every weekend to buy things for my house, the manager in duty a old woman with tattoos in her all arms, was very rude to me telling me that she not trust what I was saying to her, I aks for the price of a speaker and she wanted to sell me at the price of the best buy, really she forgot that she is working at Ross forless the name says everything I was in shock, I think that I will go to Marshall and best buy to keep doing my shopping!

One of those rosses that employes a single cashier on Sunday a prime shopping day and has a 30 person line. Just walk out not waiting a half hour or more to check out staff more people that’s ridiculous

This chair stores have somewhat OK clothes. Means- depends the area or city it's the clothes they sell. Some are really nice less rips less wrinkles less pricey. Also not dirty I mean floors clothes will be clean. Even when not in clean or "reduced for clearance " clothes are expensive. In other words shop there at your own risks. Bad thing too are their employees most have rude people. Give one attitude. Less helpful. Yes it includes managers. Now that's sad. What I truly like about Ross' is the snickers prices, even though they are not really "brand" name shoes they only have limited sizes. So again rethink before you go into theses stores.
