Ridgeland Station Apartments is the best apartment complex I ever lived in it is very clean and neat everybody around here is nice and friendly and we all hold the door for each other and the community manager Hakeen one of the nicest people I've ever met in my life he is a genuine good-hearted honest person can't say that much about many people in this world today you're the best HAKEEN your BLESSED 5 STARS FOR YOU I WOULD GIVE MORE STARS IF I COULD THANK YOU FOR BEING YOU ?????

Great management, providing a safe clean environment. Hakim cares about the residents and their views and issues. I’m no stranger to property management and Hakim is very good at his position and what he does. My experience here for the last8 months have been really good.

Nice place to live especially when you have a management team Member like Hakim The Project Manager that is thorough very professional gets things done in a timely manner whenever there’s a problem ? Close to 294 Expressway easy access to many places

Apartment and management are great! Hakim is very responsive to issues and does annual inspections on the apartment.

BEWARE!!!!!!If I can give ZERO stars I would!! This is not the place to live for a pet let alone a person/family. This place was under a NEW management who they have had the audacity to recognize on these past reviews then turn around and get rid of. (Tianna). What kind of place is this? This place is now going back into the trash that it's was once again.*Plumbing issues *mouse issues (especially now) *maintenance is never called * roaches issues. The pictures of this complex in the past review was a while ago... and it's only gotten worse.

Any healthcare workers that are on contracts in the area please stay away from this place. These apartments are and look horrific, I wouldn't even allow my pet to live in this type of environment. Not only is management uncaring and unprofessional, they fired the one person who tried to make a difference and changes for the better Tianna. Tianna was actually helpful given the circumstances, and it's sad that slum lords like this still exist. See pics in other reviews for photos.This place is disappointing and clearly treats their employees terribly.
