Some of the best selection of incense, essential oil, and tapestries I could find at any mall in Chicago.They are also quite knowledgeable about a plethora of topics which always makes for stimulating conversation, I always make sure to end my trip to this mall by coming in here.

I like the cups and some of the medium sized posters (I have some in my apartment). The only problem is that most of the merchandise seems like it is related to either the most obvious or banal classic rock or contemporary stuff. In short there is virtually no punk, new wave, alt, Indy or underground merch. The workers are helpful and friendly though and they frequently get new merchandise. The colorful hippy dippy stuff does not impress me.

Had one of the best interactions here.The cashier that attended me was cool, I bought a bunch of incense (to my friend's disdain) and when they asked me to count the incense, they were patient with me going bag my bag, counting each stick. When I responded with the number, they gave me a discount of 1.25 , "for being honest."That was really sweet of them, for real for real.They had a convo with a customer that was complaining of how different the shop looks - mind you, this was the first time I've ever been to a Hot Rags - and they just shrugged with an, "oh well." I replied with, "for real, for real" and their giggle completed my night.But anyways, thanks for the free extra 5 incense sticks, employee with the cool laugh and energy.If I were able to go again, Hot Rags would be the first shop I'd go to.

They generally have extraordinary client care and are entirely educated with regards to their items. The store has incredible energies and the representatives are in every case ready to go. They have top notch items at marvelous costs. I love shopping here for my body gems.
