On February 29th, I purchased a dress and a pair of earrings. On March 22nd, I returned to the same location and returned the dress. I check my bank statement on the 28th and saw the girl recharged me for the item instead of returning it, however I threw my receipt away the day before . I went to the store and the manager initially asked if I put in an email because that would be the only way. I then gave him all the information via my bank statement and he was unable to find it.
Thus learn from my mistake and always double check your bank account before throwing away the receipt but H&M should also make train their employees.
Luckily my credit card company took care of it since it’s you know, considered fraud.

They have pretty good selection of good clothes that isn't too expensive, men's section definitely feels a little small compared to the women's but still a great place to shop for clothes

TERRIBLE! Ashley supposed to leave a package when I called and she told me she will leave it at store but my package got cancelled and returned to warehouse.I asked to speak with Eddie manager but he was not in store! Lousy customer service , employing all kids to work and all they do is hang on their phones and talk around. Disgrace for this store ???
