Prior to walking into Finish Line, I had already been to five other shoe stores looking for a specific dunk. The two men at the register both assisted me in finding my size for the shoe that I was looking for. After trying on one pair, I asked for a half size up. After trying on the 8.5, I mentioned I had wider feet to the worker and he responded with “I have fat feet too.” Honestly, just really distasteful behavior and think he could have used different verbiage, especially when speaking to a customer. All in all, the customer service and experience in the store was good, up until that point.

Cannot exchange a pair of shoes without the receipt. Bought on the 23rd trying to exchange for a bigger size on the 30th and manager absolutely said no. What a service. Really poor customer service.
