Was greeted automatically as I walked in. The employee at the front was wonderful, loved her attitude and professionalism! On the other hand, Samonna needs an attitude check. Not sure if she was having a bad day but no costumer should experience bitter attitude. Very poor professional skills. Your job is to help people and if you can’t provide helpful and kind services in a retail environment where you know you work hand in hand with costumers, then you shouldn’t be working there - truly makes a work environment very unpleasant for costumers and staff in general.

Samonna is very rude and does not give good costumer service. With that attitude no one should have this job. Gave me a hard time with something I wanted to exchange and made faces at me knowing that’s her job. Like I said, people like this shouldn’t have this type of job if they’re not willing to help with a good attitude. Manager/owner should know and be aware about this. She had a different uniform from all the other employees so I wasn’t too sure if she was the manager herself but what a bad service.

When I came for help asking for a shoe a lovely lady with curly hair was being astonishing rude to me! She didn’t even bother to check if she had the shoe, she completely told me in a RUDE way “we don’t have that shoe” with an attitude.
