It’s nice to see a toy store still up and running. But Jesus Christ this place is very overpriced. If they wanna survive in todays market and actually compete with other toy retailers. They need to lower their prices.

Whoever is the owner of this place NEEDS to fire the old, rude, and miserable white woman that was working here at 1:00-1:20PM. I came in with my son, he got onto a bike and accidentally hit the pedal on the bike backing into something (AKA NOTHING WAS DAMAGED). It was a small accident, and nothing was broken. This miserable and grotesque woman comes up to us screaming at my child, then goes on talking ABOUT MY SON AND I behind our back to ANOTHER CUSTOMER. How unbelievably unprofessional are you?! If you don't like kids take your freaking job ELSEWHERE. It's not our fault you hate working your job, and scream at children. Go work somewhere else. Never bringing my business to this horrible establishment every again. They deserve NO STARS. Also, I'm telling EVERY person single person I know to never bring their children in here, because I don't want them to experience this. As a parent, this feeling is horrible to watch someone treat you and your child especially like this.

great place to buy toys reminds me of old kb toys from back in the 90's and 2000's i bought a plush bulldog and a plush basset hound and some 1/24th scale diecasts from b zone toys

Worst customer service experience ever. The cashier literally told me not to have high expectations for their toys. Thanks for telling me late! After spending good money at this store, it turned out broken and they wouldn't return it. They couldn't even offer an exchange for it. Their advice? I should have noticed it was broken before I left the store. Save your money and spend it elsewhere in the mall.

So I go in the Chicago Ridge location with my Daughter . Spend a good amount of money. Right after getting an upgrade on my new iPhone ... somehow the box of the new iPhone with the new charger inside and I separate losing it in the store . I call the store they say they found the box sitting on a shelf where I then realized I myself placed it trying to organize my belongings my fault no doubt .. so they say the have the box I go to get it and there is no charger the young woman says they found it where I left it . They definitely removed the charger from the box . If they would steal from a paying customer they are definitely stealing from the store ... I spent good money there and liked the store was planning on returning, but never again and will let other parents and family know . It was my fault leaving it behind for sure ... but then saying they found it right where I left it and then returning it empty ... shady ! I believe my gut .

This place sell alot of overpriced and cheap products. This store recently open replacing an old men's fashion store that I really liked. This store sells a variety of kids toys for boys, girls and infants. Only thing I love about this store is the assortment of wrestling figures they sell and that's about it.

We love this Toy Store. Not sure what people are saying about the staff but the are helpful and competent, even the young people who work here. Prices are good and our kids have a blast when we come here!
