If I could give zero stars I would. The mail carrier steals your packages and mail. And the post master doesnt care. Even after the package that says delivered is seen on ring not being delivered they do nothing but say file a claim. Disgusting

Worse experience EVER! The girl was rude and impatient. There was nobody else in there and she was rushing us ALOT because she wanted to go to lunch. This post office needs new staff ASAP never coming here again. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

I only give it two because everytime I go into the post office i get really great customer service. I had a package delivered and not even a day after I missed the item they are sending it back it’s literally already in Elk Grove make it make sense.

The staff at this office are terrible! Rude, unhelpful, and condescending, not to mention LAZY! My normal carrier is great, but for some reason recently I've had issues with packages being open on arrival. I had 3 packages being delivered yesterday, 2 were delivered, the other says "unable to access for delivery"... How if the other two were delivered? Then today I get a mesg saying returned to sender. Why are these postal workers so incompetent?
